我省各级医疗机构将建立艾滋病咨询检测点
本报兰州7月16日讯 (记者 宜秀萍) 为进一步扩大艾滋病检测咨询覆盖面，尽早发现艾滋病病毒感染者和病人，根据我省艾滋病流行情况，省卫生厅今日下发通知，要求全省各级医疗机构，在今年11月底之前建立艾滋病咨询检测点，开展艾滋病咨询检测工作。
通知要求，全省县级及以上医疗机构包括中医医院、妇幼保健机构，均要建立艾滋病咨询检测点，由医务人员主动提供艾滋病咨询和检测服务。对有咨询需求的求询者要开展一对一的咨询，并填写艾滋病检测咨询个案登记表；对需要检测者，要做到检测前知情，检测后告知结果；对新发现的艾滋病病毒感染者要提供咨询及后续相关服务，并做好工作记录。各乡镇中心卫生院及市州政府所在地城市社区卫生服务中心要建立艾滋病咨询点，开展艾滋病咨询服务。对需要进行艾滋病病毒抗体检测者，及时介绍到辖区疾病预防控制机构进行检测。各医疗机构建立的艾滋病咨询检测点应由专人负责管理和信息收集，并及时上报上级部门。省疾病预防控制中心负责对相关人员分层次进行指导培训。
