广西召开防艾应对策略高层研讨会

广西新闻网南宁讯 （记者张若凡）8月26日，记者从广西防治艾滋病应对策略高层研讨会上了解到，自治区防艾办与美国家庭健康国际、中美艾滋病政策项目合作，用3年多的时间在广西开展艾滋病疫情流行病学和资源需求综合分析与倡导项目，收集了大量的艾滋病相关数据。研究报告显示，男男性行为者已经成为广西新增感染者中比例增长最快的人群。
从2006年起，自治区防艾办开始与美国家庭健康国际、中美艾滋病政策项目合作，开展艾滋病疫情流行病学和资源需求分析与倡导项目。研究报告指出，在广西的艾滋病感染者中，静脉注射吸毒者在新感染者中所占的比例正在逐渐减少，女性性工作者、嫖客逐渐成为艾滋病新感染的主要人群。调查数据显示，男男性行为者是在新感染者中比例增长最快的人群，成为艾滋病感染最主要的人群之一。尽管目前这类感染者所占的总比例还比较低，但是如果不采取有效的干预措施，随着时间的推移，男男性行为者的感染率有可能超过注射吸毒者及性工作者。广西因此需要尽快扩大干预的覆盖面。
该项目还对广西开展艾滋病防治工作所需的财力资源进行了分析。根据预测，从2007年到2015年，广西的防艾行动所需的资源存在较大的缺口。要达到扩大美沙酮社区维持治疗、安全套推广、针具交换、母婴传播阻断等工作的覆盖率，还需要政府部门整合各种资源，提高干预措施的成本效益。
