(记者吴跃)从今日召开的海口市防治艾滋病工作会议上获悉,今年以来全市新发现艾滋病阳性者37例,其中外省9例,本省其它市县病例19例,海口本地病例9例。
据了解,2008年,全市新发现艾滋病病毒阳性者共41例,死亡14例;其中HIV感染者29例,艾滋病病人12例。2009年1月至7月,全市新发现艾滋病阳性者37例,其中感染者32例,病人5例,死亡10例。从1992年5月发现第一例HIV感染者,截至2009年7月31日,全市累计报告HIV阳性者238例(其中感染者153例,病人85例),已死亡69例;238例HIV阳性者中,海口市户籍41例,感染者25例,已死亡15例。
据有关专家分析,当前海口市艾滋病流行有以下特点:一是继续维持低水平流行态势,但有逐年上升的趋势。二是感染途径以异性间性接触传播和静脉吸毒为主,但近几年男男性接触传播有迅速上升趋势,防治形势不容忽视;三是感染者的地区分布广,流动人口多,流动性较大,增加了我市防控难度。四是艾滋病病例的增加,加大了治疗、救助、随访关怀的压力。
会上,海口市政府与四个区及各成员单位签订了《海口市2009-2010年度艾滋病防治目标管理责任书》。

From May 1992 discovery of the first cases of HIV infection, as of July 31, 2009, the city's total of 238 cases of reported HIV-positive persons (of which 153 cases of infection, patients 85 patients), 69 cases had died; 238 cases of HIV-positive persons China, Haikou City, 41 cases of household registration, infection in 25 cases, 15 cases have died.
According to expert analysis, the current AIDS epidemic in Haikou City, has the following characteristics: First, continue to maintain low prevalence situation, but there are a rising trend year by year. Second, the routes of infection in heterosexual sexual contact and intravenous drug use the main, but in recent years, the rapid spread of MSM in an upward trend, control the situation can not be overlooked; third wide geographical distribution of infected persons, mobile population, the higher mobility of large increase in the prevention and control of the city difficult. Fourth, the increase in AIDS cases have increased the treatment, assistance, and follow-up care for stress.
