防治艾滋病紧急救援计划使非洲艾滋发病率下降

　中新网7月20日电美国前总统小布什于2003年，提出了一个以制止全球艾滋病蔓延的为目标的“防治艾滋病紧急救援计划”，如今这一计划已经奏效。国际艾滋病协会主席表示，得益于小布什总统的这一计划，最新研究表明，非洲艾滋病的发病率已经下降。

　　据美联社报道，在20日举行的国际艾滋病大会上，当朱利欧•盟塔诺博士宣布这一结论时，全场发出热烈的欢呼声。盟塔诺博士说，这个结果来自于一个还未正式发布的分析报告，该报告旨在对一个叫做“防治艾滋病紧急救援计划”的美国总统防治艾滋病的紧急救援计划进行分析。
