　　4月7日，世界卫生组织总干事陈冯富珍（右）、卫生部副部长黄洁夫共同为北京地坛医院艾滋病性病治疗关怀中心揭牌。北京地坛医院艾滋病性病治疗关怀中心也是世界卫生组织艾滋病治疗与关怀综合管理合作中心，是世界卫生组织正式批准的中国防治艾滋病领域中唯一的合作中心，中心主要为艾滋病感染者和病人提供治疗、关怀、支持和预防为一体的综合管理和服务。
