山东省年内首次报告艾滋突破400例

记者从省政府防治艾滋病工作委员会获悉，截至今年10月31日，我省累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人1805例，累计死亡420例。今年前10个月，我省新增艾滋病病毒感染者和病人428例，是去年同期的1.4倍。一年内新增艾滋病感染者和病人突破400例，这在我省还是首次。
我省自1992年在归国劳务人员中发现首例艾滋病病毒感染者，一直保持低流行状态。疫情波及17市137个县(市、区)，目前全省只有东营的垦利县、济宁的汶上县和德州的庆云县没有发现疫情。
总体来看，我省艾滋病流行主要呈现以下特点：从疫情数量分析，2000年以前呈零星散发状态，2000年以后几乎呈逐年增长趋势；从感染者年龄分析，20-39岁之间的青壮年占累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人数量的71.7%；从感染人群分析，以前多是出国劳务人员和有既往非法献血史的人员，现在有吸毒者、患有性病的人员、性工作者、男男同性恋者、感染者的配偶和性伴、新生儿等，这表示艾滋病正由高危人群向一般人群、多种职业、多元化趋势发展，尤其女性感染者和流动人口感染者比例明显增加；从传播方式分析，传播途径由过去的相对单一的出国劳务人员的性接触和非法采供血传播为主，改变为目前的以性传播为主，吸毒、同性恋、血液、母婴传播等多种方式并存，我省的艾滋病疫情从高危人群向一般人群扩散的趋势十分明显。
省疾病预防控制中心副主任康殿民说，由于艾滋病平均有8-10年的潜伏期，且艾滋病的传播与人们的行为有关，因此描述艾滋病的疫情不能仅看艾滋病病毒感染者的报告数，还需有估计数。根据2008年全国艾滋病疫情估计结果显示，我省现存活的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人应该在3400至5800人之间，这和目前发现的感染者数量之间存在着较大的差距。出现这种差距，主要有几个原因：艾滋病本身潜伏期长，处在潜伏期的艾滋病病毒感染者无任何症状，在外表上与健康人无任何区别，不做检测很难发现；“谈艾色变”的社会心理造成了更多发生过高危险行为的人不敢去做艾滋病病毒的抗体检测。此外，由于对高危人群、重点人群艾滋病筛查检测力度不够，形式不灵活，致使很多有过高危行为的人不能完全检测。(本报记者解照辉)
