Some one said somewhere that just forget about this thing as reccession, look into what has been happening in China. True indeed. Dongguang, couple of years ago in GD., was just a city at district level packed with all those lower level value added manufacturers from HK., TW., SK...city of industry in LA., u name it. They are from all over the world. Some one said the 1st generation of TW merchants were totally defeated by the army of 2nd wives in the region. Well... it seems to me the local investors are trying hard to modify the environment for the generation to come. Hayette Regency is open up for trial commercial run. Nice, spacious and extemely quiet - an ideal hide-out for weekend.
