云南将专项研究艾滋病感染者长期存活情况

  中广网昆明12月4日消息(记者陈鸿燕)云南省将艾滋病感染者长期存活情况研究列入2008?2010省科技厅相关科研项目的研究内容,计划用2至3年时间在疫情严重的地区对艾滋病病毒感染者进行全面摸底,建立30至50名长期不进展感染者队列,进行艾滋病发病自然史研究,探索艾滋病发病的病毒学和免疫学影响因素。

  云南省HIV感染者报告人数居全国首位,加之流行时间较长,在HIV感染者长期存活的影响因素研究方面具有独特的资源优势。经过多年的艾滋病防治实践,云南省在人才、技术以及设备等方面具备了相当的实力,完全有能力在HIV感染者长期存活的影响因素方面独立开展研究,以期在艾滋病的预防、治疗和疫苗研制等方面取得突破性进展。

  据介绍,艾滋病病毒侵入人体后一部分人会出现流感样或传染性单核细胞增多症状,也有一些人直接进入无症状期。艾滋病病毒潜伏期的长短个体差异极大,这可能与入侵艾滋病病毒的类型、强度、数量、感人途径以及感染者自身的免疫功能、健康状态、营养情况、年龄、生活和医疗条件、心理因素等有关。一般6至10年就进展为艾滋病病人,但也有大约5至15%的人在2至3年内就进展为艾滋病病人,被称为快速进展者。另外还有5%的感染者其免疫功能可以维持正常达12年以上,被称为长期不进展者。目前还不清楚什么机理使得长期不进展者能够较好地控制艾滋病病毒。
