天津频道 因为感染了HIV，他们的血液与一般人有了区别，使很多人唯恐避之不及。现实生活中，已经被推上手术台，却因意外查出感染艾滋而被中断手术的情况有之；有了不要紧的疾病，却因为感染艾滋而求治困难的情况也有之。在艾滋群体内，把这种现象叫作医疗歧视。因为得了艾滋病，他们的免疫力下降，患各种疾病的几率比正常人高很多，而同样因为这种疾病，他们获得救治的机会又比其他病人少，这是艾滋群体强烈呼吁破除的歧视之一。
阿鹏的故事
一次小骨折让他告别了舞台
阿鹏，90后，甘肃人，曾为某歌舞团舞蹈演员。虽然他有意留了一脸大胡子，仍掩饰不住脸上的稚嫩及英俊。几年前，一次意外事件使阿鹏的右手骨折。在当地医院做接骨手术时，意外发生了。“我躺在手术台上，皮都已经割开了，正准备接骨时，却被检测出HIV呈阳性。当时医护人员都吓坏了，当即停下手术，商议是立即转院还是给我继续做手术。”商议期间，阿鹏就躺在手术台上，伤口处不断流着血，因为是局部麻醉，他听到了这些议论，心情凉到谷底。
“后来，他们决定继续为我做手术，但由于仓促，钢针断了，留在我手里，骨头也没接好，就给我缝上了。”阿鹏说，时至今日，那根断了的钢针仍然在他的手里，手上的皮肤虽然愈合了，但却凸起一大截。他想把它取出来，原来那家医院拒绝为他继续手术。“我问过很多家医院，都因为我是艾滋感染者而拒绝了。”
谈及维权，阿鹏表示绝望：“我咨询过律师，像我这种情况，如果定残的话，应该定不到多高的级别，即使打官司也赔不了几个钱，还可能闹得沸沸扬扬。”
手伤未愈，阿鹏再也做不了舞蹈中的托举动作，也就此终断了职业生涯。几经周折，他来到天津做感染者关怀工作，为自己开辟了另一个人生舞台。在这里，阿鹏说他致力于改变艾滋就医歧视，但目前收效甚微。
“恐艾”现象
医院往往不愿给感染者治病
天津海河之星感染者工作组创始人李虎对此深有同感，他在日前接受采访时称：“很多艾滋病人或感染者害怕生病，很多时候，我们得的可能就是视网膜脱落这样的小病，一般医院都能治疗，但就因为我们是艾滋病人，医院往往不愿意给治，不少医护人员怕在治疗过程中，自己也感染上艾滋病毒。”
接受采访的当天，李虎还给转天安排了一个工作日程，即带领一个视网膜脱落患者去某非传染病医院接受视网膜手术。海河之星就是阿鹏目前所工作的“组织”，这些年，在“组织”的支持下，不少艾滋病人及感染者得到了及时医治。即使如此，他们仍然感觉任重道远。“很多医院有一个错觉，即艾滋病是传染病，艾滋病人不管治什么病都必须到传染病医院去，其他医院无力收治。这令我们很头疼，事实上，传染病医院并不是全科医院，不能说治痔疮也去传染病医院吧。”李虎说。（完）
