是“阴性艾滋病”还是“恐艾症”，专家给出确切答案（如果连续半年之内都是阴性，基本上可以说没有得艾滋病）。

【主持人】近日，国内一些网络论坛上出现了所谓“阴性艾滋病”的网帖。发帖者大都怀疑自己感染了艾滋病，虽然在血液检测中没有发现艾滋病病毒，但他们的身体都出现了淋巴肿胀、皮下出血、舌苔生绒毛等类似艾滋病的症状。这究竟是怎么回事儿呢？一起来看记者调查。
【解说】在广州，记者辗转联系上了自认为患上“阴性艾滋病”的林军（化名）和网名叫“痛苦人生”的两名患者。
林军是上海人，当过兵的他在一家医药企业负责安保工作。从２００８年６月开始，不知为什么他发现自己淋巴开始肿大，并伴有乏力、盗汗现象，身上也慢慢出现了很多红点。之后全身淋巴开始胀痛，腋窝、腹股沟等部位起疹，胃部、肝脏等内脏也开始疼痛。从２００８年６月到１１月，他的体重下降了６０斤。
【同期】患者 林军（化名）：
实在挺不下去了，我就感觉到自己很快就会离开这个人世了，每天内脏疼、关节疼、腿疼，并且就像虫子在里面把我的身体全部啃掉一样的，从上面啃到下面。
【解说】来自浙江的“痛苦人生”则是在２００９年５月发生一次高危性行为后，开始出现类似症状。
【同期】患者 “痛苦人生”（网名）：
你皮肤粉末一样的（分泌物）一直在出现，人身体的症状还在出现，晚上盗汗，出皮疹啊，一直在出，人乏力、消瘦。
【解说】更让他痛苦的是，一段时间以后，妻子和孩子也先后出现了相同症状。于是夫妻俩开始四处求医。“痛苦人生”说，在一年多的时间里，他辗转全国数十家知名医院进行了近３０次的检测治疗，前后花费了３０余万元。
【同期】患者 “痛苦人生”（网名）：
就是去年４月１７号，生意全部卖掉了，店铺全部卖掉了，不做了，哪有心思做生意啊？你说，一家人全部出现了这样的症状，哪还有心思做生意啊？就一直在查病。
【解说】在他手上，记者看到了关于他和妻子近２厘米厚的、来自各大医院的检测报告。尽管各个医院检查都排除了艾滋病感染，但身体上的症状仍然让“痛苦人生”怀疑自己感染了艾滋病，所以就不停地去检查。上海市艾滋病诊疗中心主任卢洪洲就曾接诊过类似的患者。
【同期】上海市艾滋病诊疗中心主任 卢洪洲：
（我的）一位病人在不到一年的时间，反复做，做了８０多次艾滋病的（抗体）检测，全部是阴性，他依然怀疑自己感染了艾滋病。
【解说】从２００９年开始，就有一群自述疑似感染“阴性艾滋病”的感染者在网络上聚集，他们在ＱＱ群中，互相交流自己的症状和感受。同时他们还向国家有关部门写信，希望引起重视。
卫生部在了解到这种情况后，从２００９年７月开始，先后两次在全国６个省市开展了“自述疑似艾滋病感染人群”流行病学调查。结果显示，他们的艾滋病抗体检测均为阴性。
【同期】广东省疾病预防和控制中心艾滋病防治研究所所长 林鹏：
他们主诉的症状一个有像皮疹啊、关节响啊或者睡不着啊这些症状。从我们调查来看呢，就是从临床来讲，他们这些症状，临床医生看来跟他们主诉的症状还是有些不一致的地方。
【同期】北京佑安医院感染科主任医师 梁连春：
有这些症状也不代表你感染了艾滋病病毒，也不代表你就是艾滋病患者，所以最终确诊肯定要做血液的检查，做一个艾滋病抗体的确诊试验，如果连续半年之内你要是阴性的话，基本上可以说你就没有得这个艾滋病。
【解说】２００９年９月至２０１０年１月，中国疾病预防控制中心曾组织５９名自愿接受调查的“自述疑似艾滋病感染者” 来到北京，在地坛医院做了临床检查。检查结果显示：ＨＩＶ抗体检测均为阴性， ＣＤ４细胞基本正常。
【同期】中国疾控中心首席流行病学专家 曾光：
最后检测结果就是说，没有发现他们群体上有什么器质性病变，ＨＩＶ全部都是阴性的，没有一个阳性。就是说他们说的症状重，可是检查的症状很轻，最终考虑的话，他们说的症状跟临床大夫检测的证实不了，最后考虑他们可能是精神因素引起的。
【解说】虽然经过反复检查，都排除了感染艾滋病病毒的可能，这并没有打消林军他们的疑虑，于是有人开始怀疑这是由于一种“不明病毒”引起的全身性疾病，可通过唾液、体液以及血液传染。

这个６省市开展调查以后，他还是仅仅排除了艾滋、梅毒、丙肝，他没有从新病种或者新的不明病原体上去破解这个问题，他没有接受广大病友的观点，做一些新的病毒分离和细菌培养。
【解说】为了进一步打消这群人的疑虑，２０１１年１月，中国疾控中心又把５９例样本送到美国加州大学病毒学实验室进行检测，那里能检测出１５０００种病毒，但截至到目前，尚未发现新病毒。
【同期】中国疾控中心流行病学首席专家 曾光：
美国加州大学旧金山分校，他们有很强的病毒检测的实力，因为他们有高通量的病毒芯片，可以查１５０００种病毒，这个咱们国内没有。对已知病毒基本都能控制，还有未知病毒也有探测能力。后来我们反复追问反复催，才告诉我们，他们检测三分之一了，发现都是阴性。
【解说】既然没有感染艾滋病，那又如何解释这群人身上出现的症状呢？在专家看来，一些人在发生易感染艾滋病的高危行为后，会对自身可能患有艾滋病产生强烈恐惧，并伴随焦虑、抑郁，从而导致免疫力下降，并出现一些不适的生理反应，然后将其与艾滋病症状对号入座。
【同期】精神病学专家、广州脑科医院主任医师 马崔：
因为他多疑、敏感，在这种心理暗示作用下，会产生一些躯体化的症状。像心跳加快、身体有灼热感、或者消化功能的不好，甚至有的引起舌苔变厚啊。
【同期】中国疾控中心首席流行病学专家 曾光：
整个这个群体的精神有倾向性的异常。主要表现在这些人，他们化解不良事件的这个能力差，既不能把这个事件升华了、也压不下去，也不能通过幽默方式来解决，那么这种结果就导致对自己精神的伤害。
【解说】精神病学和脑科专家认为，“恐艾”是“疑病症”的一种，而许多如癌症之类的绝症也存在相似的疑病症。这类人的性格特点一般比较认真、严谨，越查不出病，就越要查。 对这部分患者，最重要的是加强艾滋病知识的宣传普及，并配合适当的心理干预。
【同期】上海市艾滋病诊疗中心主任 卢洪洲：
首先要告诉他艾滋病是如何感染的，感染过以后它典型的临床表现，还有病毒在体内什么时候出现，抗体什么时候出现，我们用的方法是如何可以把它检测出来，要告诉他；第二个呢，就要对他进行一个心理方面的干预，对他进行心理方面的辅导，这样的话能够缓解症状。必要的时候少数患者要用一些抗焦虑这些药物给他进行治疗。
