阿富汗毒品艾滋病泛滥 NGO助民众治疗

阿富汗民众不仅饱受战乱和贫困，更有不少人成为毒品和艾滋病的俘虏，有非政府组织在阿富汗开展行动，教育民众如何避免传播疾病，并协助艾滋病患获得治疗机会。
在喀布尔的一座桥下，聚集不少瘾君子。他们躲在黑暗的角落注射毒品，全然不知反覆使用的针头具有传播艾滋病的高危风险。
法国非政府组织“世界医生”的志愿者，就来到他们中间，免费发放针头和避孕套，告诉他们每人每次只使用一个针头，以减少艾滋病病毒传播。
作为世界最大的鸦片产地，阿富汗有约100万吸毒者，共用针头的比率非常高。极度保守的穆斯林社会更是让人们避讳艾滋病。
不过在慈善组织的帮助下，主动前往诊所治疗的瘾君子和艾滋病患在逐步增加。除了获取防治艾滋病的知识，病患还参加帮助小组，通过歌舞的形式放松身心、树立信心。
