中国报告6.8万余人死于艾滋病 6省区疫情重
新华网北京11月29日电(记者周婷玉)卫生部29日通报中国艾滋病疫情及防治工作情况时指出，截至2010年10月底，累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人37万余例，其中病人13万余例，死亡6.8万余例。
2009年，卫生部和联合国艾滋病规划署、世界卫生组织联合评估结果表明：截至2009年底，估计中国现存活艾滋病病毒感染者和病人约74万人，其中病人约10.5万人;2009年新发感染者约4.8万人，因艾滋病相关死亡约2.6万人。
卫生部通报显示，近两年，随着社会经济的发展和艾滋病防治工作不断深入，艾滋病疫情出现了一些新情况，呈现3个特点：
艾滋病疫情持续上升，上升幅度有所减缓。近几年，随着中国艾滋病宣传教育、咨询检测和抗病毒治疗等工作力度不断加大，发现的感染者和病人越来越多，治疗后病人的病死率显著降低。根据艾滋病疫情的发展规律和国际艾滋病流行经验，中国累计和存活的感染者与病人数量将在一段时间内持续上升。近两年的艾滋病监测结果表明：艾滋病疫情上升的幅度有所减缓。年报告感染者和病人数的环比增长率由2008年的16.8%降低到2009年的9.3%，2010年1-10月同比增长率下降了1.4%。
性传播已成为主要传播途径，男性同性性传播上升速度明显。历年报告病例中异性传播所占比例从2008年的40.3%上升到2009年的47.1%;男性同性性传播所占比例从2008年的5.9%上升到2009年的8.6%。
局部地区和特定人群疫情严重。云南、广西、河南、四川、新疆和广东6省累计报告感染者和病人数占全国报告总数的77.1%。
近年来，中国各地、各部门在政策组织保障、经费投入、宣传教育、监测检测、母婴阻断、综合干预、抗病毒治疗、关怀救助、动员社会力量、国际合作和科研等方面做了大量工作。目前，艾滋病快速蔓延的势头基本得到遏制，病死率显著降低，感染者和病人的生活质量明显改善。
