新华网广西频道９月２１日电（记者程群）９月２０日，由广西与美国ＣＤＣ（疾病预防控制中心）、国家妇幼保健中心、国家ＣＤＣ－性艾中心联合开展的预防艾滋病和乙肝母婴阻断药物课题研究——“孕期使用替诺福韦”课题在广西启动。
据广西壮族自治区卫生厅副厅长甘霖介绍，此课题研究是国际上首个预防艾滋病和乙肝母婴阻断药物的课题研究，对合并ＨＩＶ（人类免疫缺陷病毒）－ＨＢＶ（乙型肝炎病毒）感染的母亲使用替诺福韦抗病毒治疗方案，在孕中晚期进行母婴阻断，将为ＨＩＶ和ＨＢＶ双重感染母亲和她们的婴儿健康带来非常大的益处。课题启动后，将正式实施３年的课题临床研究。
广西壮族自治区卫生厅的统计数据显示，从２０１０年２月１日实施免费婚检以来，广西已为１２２万名婚检人员提供ＨＩＶ抗体检测，婚检人员ＨＩＶ检测率达到９９．３６％；２０１０年至今年８月，已为１２６．３万名孕产妇提供ＨＩＶ抗体检测，孕产妇抗体检测率达９７．５２％。 甘霖说，广西是艾滋病和乙肝的高发区，艾滋病和乙肝已从高危人群向一般人群扩散，女性艾滋病和乙肝感染者人数迅速增加，通过母婴传播途径感染的人数也在迅速增加，这些新形势对开展预防艾滋病和乙肝母婴传播工作提出了更大挑战。（完）
