近日，广东等6省、市一群有过高危性行为的人怀疑自己感染了某种神秘的“未知病毒”，起初怀疑感染艾滋病病毒，但多次艾滋病病毒检测均为阴性。与此同时，卫生部新闻发言人称，目前可排除该人群感染艾滋病病毒，且没有证据表明，该人群有某种传染病。
为何“阴滋病”纯属子虚乌有的事情竟然在网络上传的沸沸扬扬，这缘于人们对艾滋病知识的认识较为片面。
所谓“阴性艾滋病”，主要是指自称染上病毒者普遍都有与艾滋病感染极为类似的症状，但经过多次HIV检测却仍显示阴性，临床报告显示他们是“无明显的器质性病变”。
专家指出，大多数的艾滋病患者潜伏期无特异性症状，且高危行为3个月后可检测，如果6个月后检测结果仍为阴性，可以确诊不是艾滋病。
抗体阴性仍疑问
小心患上“恐艾症”
小王（化名）到当地的疾控部门进行艾滋病检测，当医护人员告诉他结果是阴性后，小王的表情却很迟疑，“这个结果是对的吗？我真没病吗？”医护人员确认后，小王才离开。可是，没到五分钟，小王又回来了，更不停地问：“这个结果真是对的吗？我刚才摸到医院的门了，会不会感染？你是不是大夫啊？”无论医护人员如何跟他耐心解释，他还是问题重重，反复来来回回五六次，终于半信半疑地离开了。走之前还说：“我还得去别的地方检查，我就不信我真没病。”
小王这种已经通过艾滋病抗体检查显示阴性，却还是对自身是否感染艾滋持怀疑态度，甚至怀疑“摸到检测中心的门”就可能感染上病毒的人，对艾滋病知识了解甚少，心理过于疑虑，对检验结果会产生这样或那样的疑问。
既然排除了自述疑似艾滋病感染人群感染艾滋病毒，也没有检测到相关致病病原体，那么，“阴性艾滋病”就只是恐艾症状。
艾滋病潜伏期
一般没有症状
一群经过多次检测证实未感染艾滋病毒的人，却依然整日忧心忡忡，害怕自己患上艾滋病，他们正逐渐形成一个特殊的群体，被称为“恐艾族”。
“恐艾症”的人群认为自己身体不适就是感染了艾滋病病毒，他们会反复上网查询、拨打咨询热线，或去做艾滋病抗体检测，却又总对阴性结果持怀疑态度，认为检测不准确。
“恐艾族”大多有一定躯体症状，如胸痛、心悸、疲乏，腹痛、体重下降、咳嗽、便秘、视物旋转等，不过，他们并不了解艾滋病是没有特异性症状的一种疾病。
沈阳市疾控中心艾滋病性病防治科科长宋巍指出，艾滋病的医学全称是“获得性免疫缺陷综合征”，是指人体感染人类免疫缺陷病毒而发生的一种传染病，表现为机体免疫功能逐渐破坏而发生一系列相应症状和体征。艾滋病的平均潜伏期为7~10年，在潜伏期内感染者可以没有任何症状，只有个别患者会在感染初期出现类似感冒的症状，例如头疼、发热、关节疼痛等。
一些对艾滋病一知半解的人群，当身体出现一些艾滋病发生几率很小的症状时，就怀疑自己可能患上了该疾病，并陷入恐惧和反复检查之中，是完全没有必要的行为。
“就算艾滋病患者到了发病期，每个患者的症状也不相同，因为该疾病病因是免疫功能降低，最终导致多种机会性感染、肿瘤、神经系统病变等。”宋科长说。
高危行为
发生3个月后进行检测
很多对艾滋病不了解的人群，高危行为之后就迫不及待地进行病毒抗体检测，这样的做法也是不理智的行为，因为人们感染艾滋病病毒后，通过窗口期，抗体才能转为阳性。
宋巍表示，窗口期一般为两周至三个月，因此有过高危行为的人群，需要过3个月后进行抗体检测，才能有效检测出是否患上了艾滋病。极个别的人群需要过6个月才能检测出抗体。因此，如果人们高危行为已过6个月检测抗体仍为阴性，就证明并未感染上了艾滋病毒。
对于人们出现的“恐艾症”心理，宋巍指出，这样的人群应该加强对艾滋病知识的了解，并且相信科学、相信检测结果，患者更不能凭借症状就判断是不是艾滋病，只有血液抗体检测的结果才是能确认艾滋病的依据。
