2、到正规医院，推荐3甲医院或传染病医院。基本程序是：挂号，见医生，开单子，交钱，抽血，拿结果。在医院检测是收费的，大概100元左右，根据每个地方不同价格会稍有差异，不需要带身份证，一般2-5天左右出结果。优点：结果准确。缺点：相对比较麻烦、且收费。
3、使用艾滋病检测试纸(推荐使用)进行检测。艾滋病检测试纸通过中国药品生物检定所、解放军艾滋病检测确认实验室、浙江疾病预防控制中心HIV确认实验室、北京地坛医院、浙江大学医院附属第二医院、浙江省血液中心6家权威机构验证。
