上月艾滋病成“头号杀手”

本报讯（记者 郑慧）昨日，省卫生厅公布今年9月全省法定报告传染病疫情，当月我省有29人因法定报告传染病死亡，其中艾滋病致死16例，成为“头号杀手”。
据统计，2011年 9月 1日零时至9月30日24时，全省共报告法定传染病25种23472例。无甲类传染病发病、死亡报告。乙类传染病中除炭疽、人感染高致病性禽流感、甲型H1N1流感、脊髓灰质炎、登革热、传染性非典型肺炎、出血热、白喉无发病和死亡病例报告外，其余18种乙类传染病共报告11421例，死亡28例。报告发病数居前五位的病种依次为肺结核、病毒性肝炎、痢疾、梅毒和淋病，占甲、乙类传染病报告发病总数的97.74%。
丙类传染病中除丝虫病、麻风病、黑热病、包虫病无发病和死亡报告外，共报告7种12051例，死亡1例，为手足口病。报告发病数居前三位的病种依次为手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病和流行性腮腺炎，占丙类传染病报告发病总数的93.59%。

The top three reported cases of diseases were hand, foot and mouth disease, diarrhea and other infectious mumps, representing the total number of Class C infectious diseases reported incidence of 93.59%.
