湖南省启动艾滋病耐药因素哨点监测

日前，从湖南省疾控中心了解，中国疾控部门正式启动全球基金艾滋病项目HIV耐药哨点监测项目（以下简称：RCC耐药哨点监测项目），包括湖南在内的10个项目省即将开展HIV耐药哨点监测工作。
据了解，我国从2003年开始在全国范围内逐步实施免费的艾滋病抗病毒治疗。然而，艾滋病病毒感染的治疗是终身性的，在我国抗病毒治疗药品国产品种有限，艾滋病耐药的产生将会是一个最终无法避免的问题。因此，开展艾滋病抗病治疗点的耐药群体性监测，及时监测艾滋病病毒耐药产生的情况及其相关因素是我国一个重要的策略性工作。
HIV耐药哨点监测工作，将通过对艾滋病抗病毒治疗人群开展前瞻性队列随访，阐明病毒抑制失败人群中HIV耐药程度和突变情况，以及耐药发生的影响因素，为制定HIV耐药预防策略提供科学数据。
