广西孕产妇将可享受免费检测和药物母婴阻断服务

广西新闻网讯（记者 徐哲） 11月1日，广西正式启动预防艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝母婴传播性疾病综合防治工作。今后，卫生部门将向孕产妇免费提供艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝检测和药物母婴阻断服务，从而进一步保障妇女儿童的健康。
如果说婚检是优生优育、阻止性传播疾病扩大传播，危害下一代的第一道防线，孕产妇进行筛查就是最后一道防线，通过检测发现后，采取药物阻断措施，是可以避免将艾滋病病毒传染给婴儿的。对此，卫生部做出了全面整合预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播工作，开展母婴传播性疾病综合防治的重大部署，并纳入2010年中央补助地方项目，为接受孕产期保健服务的孕妇，免费提供艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝检测。据介绍，全国共有1156个县（市、区）获中央项目补助，其中广西和云南、河南、四川、新疆、贵州为全面覆盖。项目2010年共投入资金8.4亿元，其中广西为1.01亿元。
项目启动后，广西卫生部门将对所有孕妇孕早期给予免费艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝的相关检测。对检测出的艾滋病感染孕产妇及所产婴儿，给予免费的抗艾滋病病毒药物；对梅毒感染孕产妇给予安全的助产服务和规范治疗，对梅毒感染母亲所生儿童提供预防性治疗；对乙肝表面抗原阳性母亲所生新生儿在出生后24小时内给予注射乙肝免疫球蛋白等，提高母婴阻断率。
自治区卫生厅妇社处负责人称，项目实施后，将力争广西孕产妇艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝检测率达到80%以上；艾滋病感染孕产妇及所生婴儿抗病毒药物应用比例达到90%以上；梅毒感染孕产妇接受规范诊疗比例达到85%以上，其所生儿童接受规范诊疗比例达到90%以上；乙肝表面抗原阳性孕产妇所生新生儿注射乙肝免疫球蛋白的比例达到90%以上。
