包头市推进艾滋病防治和蒙中医发展

5月22日，全市防治艾滋病暨蒙医中医工作会议动员全市各地区、各有关部门进一步提高认识，明确任务，强化责任，扎扎实实地推进全市艾滋病防治和蒙中医工作。

我市1997年发现首例艾滋病病毒感染者，1999年发现首例病人。截至今年4月底，已发现艾滋病感染者和病人119例，占全自治区的1/4多。其中，85%是在2005年后发现的，包头籍约占22%，外地区占78%；90%以上年龄在20岁到49岁之间，男性约占86%，已婚的占64%，农牧民占56%；从感染的途径来看，注射毒品感染的约占43%，异性性接触感染约占15%，男男性接触感染约占11%。
今年，全市要以农村牧区、社区、学校、流动人口以及高危人群集中的公共场所为重点，特别是要针对青少年、建筑工地农民工广泛开展宣传教育，全面普及艾滋病预防知识；扎实抓好蒙中医工作，促进扶持政策落实。围绕突出特色优势，推动“名医选拔、名科评审、名院评比”建设。传承蒙中医药精华，促进蒙中医药和谐发展。加强培养，夯实蒙中医药事业发展基础。拓宽基层蒙中医药服务，完善农村牧区和社区运行机制。
据了解，今年我市城市三级以上综合医院与7个旗县区中蒙医院将开展“蒙中医药、城乡结对、送医帮扶”活动，进一步加大蒙中医药扶持力度，提升蒙中医药整体服务能力。
