2009年5月26日上午，卫生部副部长尹力会见了美国PANGAEA全球艾滋病基金会首席执行官古斯比（Eric Goosby）、主席克劳迪（Mark Cloutier）一行，就艾滋病防治合作等进行了交流。
尹力表示，中国艾滋病防控的进步离不开国际社会的支持与合作，中方珍视并希望继续加强该领域的合作。他还简要介绍了我国目前防控甲型H1N1流感的措施及工作进展情况，并强调，中国将甲型H1N1流感的防控工作做好了，也是对世界的贡献。古斯比对中国艾滋病和甲型H1N1流感防控措施给予了积极评价，表示愿意进一步推动中美两国艾滋病防治领域的合作。
卫生部国际司、疾控局有关负责同志参加了会见。
