——隆林各族自治县开展学校预防艾滋病健康教育纪实

“共用剃须刀。”
日前,在隆林各族自治县隆或初中的一堂“预防艾滋病生活技能”课,让同学们受益匪浅。
隆林是广西仅有的两个“中国—联合国儿基会学校预防艾滋病同伴教育”项目县之一,自2006年立项以来,该县深入贯彻执行《中国-联合国儿基会学校预防艾滋病健康教育工作规划》和《广西学校预防艾滋病健康教育工作规划》,采取积极有效的方法和措施,对全县各级各类学校的广大青少年进行预防艾滋病知识的教育,收到了良好的效果。
为加强对学校预防艾滋病健康教育工作的领导,该县教育局成立专门领导机构,各学校相应成立工作领导小组,确保人员、经费、管理三到位,建立县、乡、校三级辐射网络,形成人人有岗位、事事有人管、层层抓落实的工作格局。
搞好学校预防艾滋病健康教育工作,教师是关键。4年来,该县共举办各级培训班9期,受训的学校领导、教师、学生达600多人次,他们成为该项工作的骨干力量,并承担本校师生的二级培训任务,特别是参加同伴教育活动培训的同学,把学到的科学知识和生活技能传授给同伴,让大家在感受中学习,在学习中领会,在领会中参与,形成了良好的氛围。同时,该县还积极开展“小手拉大手”活动,促使防艾工作向家庭、社会良性扩展,目前,受训家长逾1000人次。
课堂教学是搞好学校预防艾滋病健康教育最直接、最有效的手段。为此,该县将其纳入学校的课程体系,切实做到“四落实”,其中在教师落实方面,各学校安排责任心强、业务素质高的教师授课;在课时落实方面,保证初中阶段6课时,高中阶段4课时;在教材落实方面,充分利用各种培训班的资料、项目组资源箱里的教材光盘以及上级下发的相关宣传资料等;在教法落实方面,采取“参与式”、“角色扮演”等多种教学方式,教会学生在面对危险诱惑时,如何作出正确的决定、如何学会拒绝、如何学会保护自己等。
此外,该县还通过一系列课外活动强化对预防艾滋病知识的宣传教育。一是结合世界禁毒日、世界艾滋病日等节日,开展形式多样的“珍爱生命,远离艾滋”为主题的活动;二是充分利用项目组资源包里的器材,组织学生开展篮球、乒乓球等体育运动;三是自觉接受县疾控中心监督指导,并组织师生协助其搞好防艾工作。同时,不定期向师生发放预防艾滋病健康教育的调查问卷,并对项目资料建档和联合国儿基会学校预防艾滋病健康教育经费进行督查。
4年的努力,增强了广大青少年对艾滋病的自我保护意识,同时为少数民族地区学校预防艾滋病健康教育做了有益的探索,2008年12月在南宁召开的联合国儿基会学校预防艾滋病经验交流总结会上,该县教育局领导代表该县作了发言,得到了专家们的一致好评。(黄海杰)
