卫生部启动艾滋病二线抗病毒药物治疗工作

3月27日，卫生部在浙江杭州举行国家艾滋病二线抗病毒药物治疗工作启动会，正式开启对既往接受一线抗病毒药物治疗失败或不能耐受的艾滋病患者予以二线抗病毒药物治疗。
卫生部医政司、疾病预防控制局在启动会上对艾滋病二线抗病毒药物治疗工作进行了全面部署，要求充分发挥一线抗病毒药物治疗方案的作用，严格执行二线抗病毒药物治疗病人入选标准，如果二线治疗失败，患者将可能面临无药可用。
据悉，所谓二线抗病毒药物治疗，即以新进口药物组成的新组方药物治疗。该组方药物有替诺福韦、拉米夫定、洛匹那韦／利托那韦3种。5年来，我国接受一线抗病毒药物治疗的成人累计超过6万人，儿童超过1000人，其中部分病人体内的艾滋病病毒发生了变异而产生了耐药。二线抗病毒药物治疗试点结果显示， 已发生耐药的患者重新获得了比较理想的治疗效果。
据了解，为深入落实国家“四免一关怀”政策，使服用一线抗病毒药物出现治疗失败或不能耐受的艾滋病患者继续得到医疗救治，卫生部积极争取购进艾滋病二线抗病毒药物，在近年河南、湖北、安徽试点基础上，组织制订了《国家艾滋病二线抗病毒药物治疗工作管理方案》、《国家艾滋病二线抗病毒药物治疗技术方案》
