今年，东辽县重点围绕建立完善有效的卫生、计生合作机制； 提高性病、艾滋病知识知晓率及安全套的使用率；提高性病诊疗、HIV咨询检测服务的可及性；提高医疗服务人员性病、艾滋病咨询和诊疗服务能力等内容开展了系列活动，阻止了艾滋病向一般人群扩散，圆满完成了全年项目工作。

    东辽县于2007年承担了中国--联合国人口基金艾滋病防治与生殖健康服务合作项目，是全国3个项目县之一。

    为了阻止艾滋病向一般人群扩散，该县建立了卫生、计生有效合作机制，充分利用计生的服务平台开展艾滋病防治工作，先后举办了高危人群艾滋病防治知识培训班、娱乐场所业主座谈会等活动，提高了目标人群的艾滋病知识知晓率；通过举办服务提供者艾滋病防治培训班、电视大奖赛等系列活动，提高了医疗服务人员的知识与水平；通过行为干预、安全套推广等活动，有效预防了艾滋病的传播；为使农民工、校外青少年等人群掌握艾滋病防治知识，避免不安全的性行为，他们除有针对性地举办各种宣传活动外，还定期深入到工矿企业、网吧、游戏厅等场所开展宣传教育、健康行为促进活动；通过针对目标人群发放优惠就诊卡措施，引导正确的求医行为；建立了完善有效的咨询转介网络，为求寻者提供优质的诊疗服务；通过组织编印《东辽县中学生艾滋病防治知识竞赛获奖作品选》，达到了在中学生中进一步宣传、普及艾滋病防治知识的目的。（郑玉峰 　 陈兴权）
