吉林省中医药防治艾滋病工作取得新进展

    近日，吉林省中医药管理局李芳生副局长带领专家组到吉林省中医药防治艾滋病试点单位进行了督导。听取了当地卫生局工作汇报，了解项目资金使用情况，专家对部分患者进行了会诊，并对全体医务人员进行了专业知识的培训。
    吉林省中医药防治艾滋病试点工作自2006年9月开始，三年来，在国家中医药管理局的领导和吉林省中医药防治艾滋病专家组的技术指导下,积累了一定的经验，取得了新进展。一是建立了由省--市--区—医院—村医的五级管理网络，建立健全各项规章制度，保证项目工作有序进行。二是严格筛选患者和制定治疗方案，保证治疗效果。省、市、区专家组严格检查患者，认真筛选合适病例参与项目治疗，对每位患者进行辨证施治，随证加减，一人一方，灵活运用。定期检查患者，密切掌握病情，及时请省级专家会诊调整用药。三是建立了区、乡、村三级督导网络，建立了患者用药随访制度及督导制度。由医院统一煎药封装,定期送给患者,每周对服药患者进行一次随访，了解患者服药情况及临床症状改善情况。对村医进行业务指导，督促村医指导患者按时服药。为保证夏季中药煎剂的保存质量，还为每位患者发放了储药器，保证了患者的用药安全。通过随访和督导，患者的服药依从性良好，达到了预期的治疗目的。四是完善了中医药治疗艾滋病的信息网络体系。为参与治疗的50名患者每人建立书面病例和电子病例，随时上报给省专家组，使省级专家及时了解患者的诊疗情况，准确指导临床治疗，保证了疗效。
    经过近三年的治疗，中医药治疗艾滋病体现出很多优势：
    一是临床疗效确切。经过治疗，患者的临床症状得到改善，机会性感染机率减少，艾滋病患者的体力不断增强，生活质量得到提高。据初步统计CD4值升高的比率占7.2%，CD4值疗前疗后无明显变化的比率占83.8%，CD4值下降的比率占9%。
    二是中医药治疗施行辨证施治，一人一方，可应对艾滋病复杂多变的临床特点，效果较好。
    三是中药方剂配伍简单，不易耐药，而且开展中医药治疗三年来没发现明显副作用，提高了艾滋病人的长期生活质量。
    四是正在接受鸡尾酒疗法治疗的病人配合中药治疗效果也比较明显，有效减轻抗病毒药物的副作用，增加患者的抗病毒治疗依从性。
    五是药源丰富、价格低廉，降低了治疗费用。（赵鸿飞）
