让艾滋人求医有门

《南方日报》载：英德市艾滋病病毒携带者王碧雯因意外，全身85%深度烧伤，在四个月的奔波就医中，几家医院均以各种理由拒绝收治。此事经媒体披露后，引起了广东省副省长雷于蓝的关注。近日，省卫生厅副厅长廖新波率专家亲赴会诊。
那些“谈艾色变”的医院，显然有悖于救死扶伤精神，也违背了法律。好在事情有了转机，王碧雯四个月的求医历程终于有了盼头。媒体的围观与领导的关注都很温馨，但是个案关注只能解决个案，如果没有健全的制度作支撑，更多求医无门的艾滋患者，又该怎么办呢？
今年5月，中国艾滋病病毒携带者联盟发布的《关于解决我国艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人“手术难”问题建议》显示，仅在这家民间组织走访的123位HIV病毒携带者中，就收集了38个“手术难”的案例。联合国艾滋病规划署的一份有关中国艾滋病歧视状况的报告也显示，在知晓感染者的身份后，四分之一的医务工作者、超过三分之一的政府官员和教师持负面和歧视态度。
面对歧视，艾滋患者除了无助、失望以外，还可能因此隐身社会。这必然会对传播疾病带来隐患。如此防艾现状，真令人后怕。
因此，艾滋患者求医无门，不仅“将”了医院的“军” ，政府部门也不能免责。为艾滋患者着想，也为了保障广大公众的健康安全，政府部门在关注个案的同时，更要切实负起责任。一方面要完善防艾救助机制，另一方面，要对艾滋歧视的医院，依法追究责任。
