凤凰卫视4月12日《冷暖人生》，以下为部分文字实录：
解说：一纸诊断书，改变了一个家庭的命运，五年间，丈夫离家出走，孩子们有家难归。
李秀勤：这错都是我的错，我不献一次血，也不到这了这份上。
解说：一种疾病，疏远了亲情，也让乡情变得冷漠。
杨自辉：你这个女的肯定是不正经，你生活作风肯定有问题。
李秀勤：我说咱家出大事了。
解说：《冷暖人生》妻子“得了”艾滋病。
2009年夏天，河南省鹿邑县生铁冢乡杨庄村村民李秀勤，突然感觉身体不适，脸上出现了红肿症状。
李秀勤：就是夏天热嘛，热我这个眼这个地方这个肿了，这一片起一片疙瘩这么，那个医生就说，我就让他看了一眼，他说你这是病毒引起的，他说可能是，你看你那病露头了。
解说：五年前，李秀勤曾被诊断为艾滋病，如今听说病情有了新的变化，丈夫杨自辉带着妻子来到郑州第六人民医院进行了血液检查。
不吃药不打针 五年艾滋“阳性”变“阴性”
李秀勤：一拿过来结果，我都愣住了，当时头一蒙，我说这咋回事，我说这咋变成阴性呢。
杨自辉：阳性是的，阴性不是的对吧，阴性不是的，太好了。
解说：瞬间的惊喜过后，夫妻二人马上就开始心生质疑，五年间不吃药、不打针，艾滋病怎么会好了呢？
李秀勤：我说胡扯，咋能不是的，我说2004年检查的两次又不是一次，我说人家也是国家机关检查的，人家会给你检查错吗？就是当时我就（对医生）这样说，我说谁检查的对。
杨自辉：我说你给看看结果，这可是艾滋病啊，张医生说，你这还有事吗？没事出去出去，你压根都不挨边，都不是艾滋病，你在这查啥，人家把我俩撵出来了。
回到家里还是不踏实，又不敢跟邻居说，到底是哪边检查的准确。
陈晓楠：杨自辉是河南生鹿邑县杨庄村的小学老师，2004年，妻子李秀勤被鹿邑县卫生防疫站诊断为的是HIV病毒携带者，也就是说她得了艾滋病。自从妻子患病之后，杨自辉呢对艾滋病药物治疗的最新的科研动态一向是非常关注的，他知道，目前世界上没有什么特效药，可以根治艾滋病。
而艾滋病世界上也还没有自育的先例，而妻子患病五年，既没吃药，也没打针，这艾滋病却就这么突然地好了，没了，这其中的一切让他感到匪夷所思。手里拿着省城大医院里的检查报告，听着专家们的解释，夫妻二人一脸的迷茫，他们愿意相信，可是又有点不敢相信。
回到家，杨自辉看不出妻子是高兴呢还是悲哀，而他自己也是六神无主，不知道是惊是喜，是镇定还是不安。百感交集之下，老杨把自己灌了个大醉。十几年，尤其是妻子患病这五年间的所有往事，就像电影一样，一幕一幕的开始在他的眼前出现。
解说：上世纪八十年代末，九十年代初，河南省鹿邑县各乡镇纷纷建起了采血站，每逢集市，流动采血队就会在集市上做这样的宣传，卖血有利有益，在每200CC血液，每换来五十多元钱的诱惑下，许多村民纷纷加入到了卖血的队伍中。
有偿献血“染上”艾滋
杨自辉：这一片宣传的是献血有偿献血就是，献血好像就是说有益于身体健康，这边去献血的人基本上是家家户户。
解说：也就是在这一时期，当地出现了一些非法采血站，村民也出现了卖血专业户，卖血成了当地一些农民的主要经济来源。
杨自辉：当成一个致富的门路了我看，十里八村的人都去，工作人员上班（一样），一到天明都去了晚上都回来了，一到天明都去了，晚上都回来了。
解说：非法血站采集的是工业原料血浆，这与人们熟悉的“献血”在方法上完全不同。血站把采集到的血浆集中用离心机分离，然后再把红细胞回输给卖血者，这样卖血的人就可以迅速恢复体能，每天都可以卖血。
正是这种方法，引起了许多人的血液交叉感染，几年之后，当地卖过血的许多人，都出现了低烧、出虚汗、拉肚子等症状。
杨自辉：出现问题了，这个人带病了，他很快就死去了，检查治疗都不知道啥病。
李秀勤：2002年、2004年这边人死得可多了，俺这东边这一家，那一家才20多岁，还不到30岁，两口子中间隔十来天都死了。俺这大队的村支书就是有多大年龄，有50岁左右，50多点他死了，他都吓死了。
解说：几年间，鹿邑县十几个村庄由于“怪病”，不明原因死亡的人数居高不下，经排查发现，在非法血站卖过血的大部分人，携带了一种HIV病毒，也就是患上了艾滋病。
2004年夏天，只卖过两次血的李秀勤，在鹿邑县卫生防疫站组织的艾滋病普查中抽检了血样。
杨自辉：抽血的都是穿着像预防沸点的时候穿的防护服，戴大口罩、露两眼。
解说：李秀勤经艾滋病普查后，像往常一样下地干活，半个月后，村干部突然通知她，去乡卫生院进行复查。
杨自辉：本村的邻居就问她说你咋来了，她说我咋了，你凡是来复查的基本上都定性了，都是艾滋病了，说你咋来了。那天是骑的自行车去的，回来骑自行车都骑不成了，坐着公交车（自行车）都挂车后头回来了。下车的时候腿都软了，恍恍惚惚地，推着车子往前走，差点钻人家车底下。
李秀勤：回来我跟他说，我说咱家出大事了，我去检查了，他说我是艾滋病，我跟他一说，俺俩就哭。
解说：入夜后，夫妻二人没有开灯，坐在黑漆漆的屋子里，两个人熬到了天明。
杨自辉：你这个女的肯定是不正经，你生活作风肯定有问题，乱搞胡搞的才得艾滋病，这是第一点。
第二点就是说献血得艾滋病，你就献过一次血你得艾滋病了，这毕竟不是个好事。
解说：为了减少不必要的麻烦，第二天，杨自辉找到了艾滋病救助点的负责人，希望救助点不要公开妻子得了艾滋病的消息。
杨自辉：我就给他说，你不能走漏消息，如果我这个事你要是走路了消息，咱哥们都没得做，我希望你帮帮忙你给我保住密。
解说：此后不久，李秀勤的名字正式出现在了艾滋病患者的名单上，更让杨自辉没有想到的是，自从妻子被检测出艾滋病后，这个家也得到了他们预想不到的一些“特殊待遇”。
杨自辉：逢年过节的呀，政府或者是其他部门的都有发的那个慰问金、慰问品，俺都不敢去领，可不敢去领，有你的（慰问品），其他人给你捎过来了，还能传不开吗？
我本身是国家工作人员，我是老师，你哪能够吃低保的条件，不要说了，他家属是艾滋病。
解说：妻子被检测出艾滋病后，当地艾滋病救助点的工作人员，担心杨自辉会被妻子感染，曾几次动员他进行检查，但工作人员的好意，却遭到了杨自辉的拒绝。
杨自辉：叫我去查查，我不愿意去查对吧，我查出来我要是的，我也没献过血，当然我也说不清楚了，不知道咋回事了，所以我不愿意去。后来我偷偷地去了一次，化了名去了，到那一验，不是的。这我才大胆地去检验，叫他抽血，你抽吧，我抽了两次一共，后来我化验的结果啥样呢？他说你不是的。
解说：自从被告知自己得了艾滋病后，李秀勤的身体状况就每况愈下，在杨自辉看来，妻子的日子已经为时不多了。
杨自辉：自从得了这个艾滋病以后，她检查出来这个结果，一告诉她本人之后，她那个症状，现在说就是下来了，连我（看）她都像那个艾滋病症状。低烧，容易感冒，拉肚子，咋看她的症状也像那个样，我感觉也是你年轻的时候，百十斤重的棉布袋一扛就走，对吧。咋掂掂不起来，掂完之后胳膊酸，还拉肚子，你叫谁谁都不会再怀疑不是艾滋病了，症状对的就是那个样。
