在境外居住1年以上的中国公民入境后无需再检艾滋病

新华网北京４月１９日电（记者朱立毅）根据刚刚公布施行的《口岸艾滋病预防控制管理办法》，在境外居住１年以上的中国公民入境后不再需要进行艾滋病检测。
根据《国务院关于修改〈中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法实施细则〉的决定》，质检总局对《口岸艾滋病防治管理办法》进行了修改，修改后称为《口岸艾滋病预防控制管理办法》。
质检总局介绍，管理办法修改后删除了原文的第九条。第九条规定：在境外居住１年以上的中国公民，入境时应当到检验检疫机构设立的口岸艾滋病监测点进行健康检查或者领取艾滋病检测申请单，１个月内到口岸检验检疫机构或者县级以上的医院进行健康体检。
