芜湖一厨师手指被割伤 医院为其检查艾滋和梅毒

“我手指头被割伤了，为什么还要检查艾滋病和梅毒呢？”家住芜湖市弋江区的陶家龙最近感觉很郁闷。对此，医院回应称要做手术，包括艾滋、梅毒在内的所有检查都得做；芜湖市卫生局医政科负责人表示，芜湖市卫生局称在2006年曾经下文做过此规定。
疑惑手指割伤为何检测艾滋
今年26岁的陶家龙是一家饭店的厨师，家住芜湖市弋江区。4月5日15时，他切菜不慎切伤了左手食指。随后，他被村卫生室推荐到了芜湖手足外科医院进行治疗。
医生说他伤了筋没伤到骨头，随后医院给他做了清洗、包扎，并打了石膏，4月6日下午他就出院了，但费用却远远超出陶家龙的想象，仔细看了费用清单后，他说自己吓了一跳。
在医院出具的医疗清单上，打印着各种项目，让他吃惊的是清单上的化验费一栏里面竟有梅毒、艾滋病等检查项目。根据这家医院开具的费用分类明细，记者看到梅毒的检测费用是15元，艾滋的检测费用是35元。
“我根本就不知道，更没有经我同意。”陶家龙表示，医生事先并没跟他说要检查这些，这不只是费用的问题，在自己不知情的情况下就被检查了这些，在感情上很难接受。
解释术前检查项目是必需的
4月13日14时，记者来到了芜湖手足外科医院了解情况。医务人员告诉记者，院长和副院长都不在单位，好多事情自己不清楚。几经沟通，记者电话采访了该院副院长任志坚。
针对陶家龙质疑的“为何要检测艾滋和梅毒”一事，任志坚解释称，医院方面也不想给患者做太多的检查，增加患者的支出。“但这些指标是卫生部门规定的。必须要在手术前做常规检测的。我们也没有办法。”
对于检查前是否应该先通知患者，任志坚称手术前查这些，完了才能带病人去手术，也就一二十分钟的时间，“这些都是强制要检查的。”至于为何是必须的，任志坚称要记者去问卫生局。
说法卫生局做过相关规定
事情真如任志坚所说么？4月14日上午，记者就此联系了芜湖市卫生局。该局医政科科长杨乃川介绍说，芜湖市卫生局在2006年曾经下文规定，术前要进行这样的检查，主要包括甲肝、乙肝、丙肝、艾滋病及梅毒化验。对于需要输血的手术，这些项目都是必做的。
至于为何要这样做，杨科长表示，自己在外面出差手上没有相关文件查阅，一下也说不清楚。
合肥医院的做法又如何呢？据合肥市第一人民医院急诊科孟主任介绍，这些检查项目可以有效指导手术方案，保障医疗安全及维护患者的权益，同时也能避免医患纠纷。
孟主任认为，对患者确认了健康状况，对医院也是种自我保护，万一之后患者出现了相关感染，产生医患纠纷时双方也能说得清。所以，这几项检查是在诊疗许可范围内的，不算过度诊疗。
