河北省召开艾滋病综合防治示范区暨艾滋病性病防治工作会议

3月24日，全省艾滋病综合防治示范区暨艾滋病性病防治工作会议在石家庄召开。会议总结了“十一五”期间艾滋病防治工作取得的成绩，分析艾滋病疫情形势，部署了2011年艾滋病综合防治示范区和全省艾滋病性病防治工作，省卫生厅副厅长梁占凯同志参加会议并做了重要讲话。
梁占凯副厅长提出，要认真贯彻落实国务院《关于进一步加强艾滋病防治工作的通知》精神，以行动计划终期评估为契机，全面推进艾滋病防治工作；强化示范区建设，达到真正代表河北水平、起到示范带头作用；强化宣传教育，保护大众人群健康；扩大干预覆盖面，切实阻断艾滋病经性传播；加强检测能力建设，扩大检测覆盖面；整合艾滋病防治资源，提高项目执行能力；强化督导考核，确保工作取得实效。他强调，各地各单位要把做好艾滋病防治工作，作为加强和改进新形势下群众工作的重要抓手，作为深化医改的重要内容，作为改善民生的重要领域。按照省委、省政府和卫生厅党组的部署，要加强和改善新时期群众工作，在艾滋病防治领域，要更新服务理念，创新服务模式，创新管理机制，真正深入基层、深入群众，尤其是深入到感染者和患者之中去开展工作，扎实做好为群众、为感染者、为病人的服务工作，落实关怀救助政策和措施，消除社会歧视，用力、用心、用情解决感染者和病人的实际困难，解决他们的合理诉求，为构建和谐社会做出不懈的努力。
省卫生厅副巡视员朱会宾同志、11个设区市卫生局疾控处（科）负责同志、疾病预防控制中心主管主任、艾滋病科科长，示范区项目县卫生局主管局长、疾病预防控制中心主任、性病艾滋病科科长，共计80余人参加了会议。

In accordance with the provincial government and the party's deployment health department, to strengthen and improve the work of the New Mass in the field of AIDS prevention, to update the service concept, innovative service models, innovation management, real deep into the grassroots people, especially the in-depth among infected persons and patients to go to work, do a solid job for the masses, for the infection, the patient service, care assistance to implement policies and measures to eliminate social discrimination, force, heart, soul to resolve the infection and the patient practical difficulties to resolve their legitimate aspirations for building a harmonious society and make unremitting efforts.
