重大传染病病人生活救助标准提高

（记者 赵丹丹）记者昨日从市民政局获悉，今年我市继续实施重大传染病病人生活救助民生工程，救助标准较上年有所提高。
据介绍，今年，我市将生活困难的艾滋病病人、艾滋病病毒感染者及其家属救助标准在省民政厅确定的标准基础上分别上调50元，具体为：因艾滋病导致劳动能力丧失的特困艾滋病病人及感染者，每人每月补助200元；因艾滋病导致父母双亡的孤儿，每人每月补助200元；因艾滋病导致父母一方亡故的子女，每人每月补助150元；感染艾滋病病毒的儿童，每人每月补助250元；因艾滋病导致子女亡故且无其他人赡养的60岁以上老人，每人每月补助200元。此外，对因患肺结核病导致生活困难的患者，每人每月补助150元。
按照规定，需要救助的艾滋病患者、艾滋病病毒感染者及其家属直接向县区民政局提出书面申请，经审核符合救助条件的，由县区民政局直接发放救助金，同时为患者做好保密工作。肺结核病患者生活救助发放程序为：由县区民政局按属地管理原则，将市民政局移交的患者名单交所属街道办事处（镇）及社区居委会（村），生活困难的患者或其家庭主要成员提交生活救助申请及家庭收入证明等材料，经县区民政局审批后发放救助金。
