交警“保护”艾滋病感染者怎会成了歧视？

9月28日，成都一位艾滋病病毒感染者苦守近六年的秘密被一名交警无意揭开，让他原本平静的家庭风波骤起。这个家庭，原本和这个城市的许多普通家庭一样：生活在日复一日的柴米油盐中平静地流淌。如今，曾经的平静像掉在地上的镜子，在一声脆响中戛然而止——9月28日，交警挡下了他的三轮车。他向交警出示自己感染艾滋病病毒的告知书后，交警同意放行，但在三轮车上写了8个字：“爱（艾）滋患者，请勿靠近”。对此，当事交警的解释是，这是出于保护他的目的。“我对艾滋一点也不排斥，写上这几个字，以免其他交警再拦他。”（10月1日四川新闻网）
稍有一点艾滋病常识的人都知道，与艾滋病感染者接触是不会传染艾滋病的。但从当事交警“艾滋患者，请勿靠近”的8个字中，人们看到的除了当事交警对艾滋病知识一窍不通外，还明显带有一种对艾滋病感染者的歧视。
当事交警解释说“出于保护”，这完全是一种借口，是一种做了错事甚至违法事情之后的推脱。“艾滋患者”4个字，明明就是将别人苦守近六年的秘密告之于众，侵犯了别人的隐私；“请勿靠近”4个字，除了提醒他人不要接近艾滋患者外，自身还带有明显的、严重的歧视。
当事交警的行为，不仅不是“保护”艾滋病感染者，而且是一种极不道德的行为，还是一种违法行为，应该受到道德的谴责和法律的惩罚，全社会都应该鄙视这种做法。
或许，当事交警真没有想到这8个字会给艾滋病感染者及其家庭带来这么大的伤害，主观上没有恶意，但客观上造成了艾滋病感染者及其家庭成员身体上、心理上、情感上、经济上的巨大压力和影响，所以当事交警除了“再三道歉”之外，还应该承担相应的赔偿和补偿责任。
其实，假如当时交警写这8个字时就告知三轮车夫，一定会受到三轮车夫的阻挡，就不会有以后的事情发生。造成后果之过，当事交警才说：“写了字后给三轮车夫说过，估计当时没听到。”这实在是一种狡辩。为啥写之前不事先告知？写了几个什么字？当事交警和三轮车夫换位思考，问题一下子就明白了。
艾滋病感染者也是人，他们同每个人一样，正当的、合法的权利应该不受歧视、不受侵害。各级政府已经采取实际行动，保护艾滋病感染者，呼吁全社会尊重艾滋病感染者。然而，当事交警作为对社会起引导、表率作用的公职人员，其做法和语言无疑给全社会传递了不良信号，与全社会的主流价值观格格不入。所以，无论如何，当事交警都不应该歧视艾滋患者！
当今社会，爱心充盈、充满善意、传扬和谐，而怎样对待艾滋病感染者，更是一块“试金石”。只有每个人都经得起检验，才能说明我们这个社会温暖、温馨、文明、和谐！（毛开云）
