Sebastien Bourdais is set to join the likes of Alex Zanardi and Michael Andretti as Champ Car winners who failed to make it in Formula One. Jerry Hughes Jersey . According to Autosport, Bourdais will be replaced by 19 year old Jaime Alguersuari for the next event, the Hungarian Grand Prix. An official announcement is expected from Toro Rosso within the next few days. Alguersuari, the reigning British F3 champion, will become the youngest driver in F1 history at 19 years, 125 days beating Mike Thackwells mark set in 1980 when he made his F1 debut for Tyrrell at the Canadian Grand Prix. The young Spaniard has been tabbed for an F1 promotion since joining the Red Bull Racing stable as the test and reserve driver a couple of weeks ago. However, due to the in-season testing ban there is no time for Alguersuari to get acclimated to an F1 car, except through the simulators. Alguersuaris promotion will give Toro Rosso two rookie drivers with Swiss driver Sebastian Buemi making his f1 debut this season. "I truly believe that the decision by Red Bull is just, but it is never nice to see someone taken away after half a season," he tells a Spanish radio station. "He is 30, he has a daughter, has won four championships in the American Champ Cars, won the F3000 here in Europe and, honestly, is a highly trained driver. But it seems that this year he has not given it everything, as he should have." Bourdais has spent the past season and a half with Toro Rosso after winning an unprecedented four championships in the Champ Car World Series. However, he was unable to translate that success at the F1 level with the mid-pack team. In 27 starts, his best result was a pair of seventh place finishes in Australia and Belgium last year. It didnt help his cause that teammate Sebastian Vettel captured Toro Rossos first pole position and first ever F1 win last season. New Orleans Hornets OVER 40.5 wins: Call this a vote for a big year from Chris Paul, who missed 37 games last season and the Hornets still managed to win 37 games.  Cant they win four more with a (presumably) healthy Paul? Sacramento Kings OVER 27.5 wins: Won 25 games last season with a young roster and could be adding a Rookie of the Year candidate in C DeMarcus Cousins.  Cousins was considered a risky pick, but on their exceptional talent alone, he and Tyreke Evans should give the Kings a shot at more than 30 wins. Cleveland Cavaliers UNDER 32.5 wins: It seems crazy that the Cavaliers could be 30 games worse than last years 61-win team, but with their current roster, there just isnt the talent on this roster to suggest that that Cavs are better than, say, 32-win Indiana was last year. Golden State Warriors UNDERR 31. Cowboys Owens Jersey. wins: Maybe a new style of play, with a greater commitment to defense will make a difference for the Warriors, but given their personnel, how much better will they be?  Five wins?  Ten wins?  They would need to be six wins better than last years 26 victories to finish over and that seems like too much improvement to expect. The one team that I couldnt bring myself to pick is: Denver Nuggets OVER 43.5 wins: A risky play, for sure because, if he gets his way, Carmelo Anthony could be traded and who knows what the Nuggets lineup would look like following that deal.  Given the roster that they have, the Nuggets could be a 50-win team, but the Melo situation makes it difficult. For what its worth, the Toronto Raptors look like theyll be life-and-death to reach their over-under of 27.5 wins.  Not enough proven scorers and a history of proven defensive shortcomings.  Id love to see a bunch of guys have breakthrough seasons but, as we sit here before the season starts, I have to side with the under.
