新华网贵州频道１月２９日电（记者李惊亚、王丽）近年来，贵州的重大疾病防控能力显著增强，重点传染病发病率降至历史最低水平。
在２８日召开的２０１１年贵州省卫生工作会议上，贵州省卫生厅厅长王建富说，"十一五"期间，贵州省法定甲乙类传染病报告发病率降至２７２．４２／１０万，比２００５年下降了１４．９％。伤寒、麻疹、流脑、乙脑等重点传染病发病率降至历史最低水平，艾滋病快速蔓延势头得到遏制。国家免疫规划疫苗种类由５种扩大到１３种，可预防疾病由７种增加到１４种。
据了解，２０１０年，贵州省卫生部门与各市、州、地卫生部门签订责任书，明确防控任务、目标和责任。各地针对传染病发病特点，抓住重点时段、重点部位、重点场所、重点人群和重点环节，做到早发现、早处置。当年贵州省法定甲乙类传染病报告发病率比２００９年降低２０％，８个重点传染病的发病率大幅下降。全年传染病暴发疫情１８３起，比上年下降４６％，卫生应急处置率达１００％。
王建富说，针对个别曾被消灭的传染病死灰复燃，禽流感、甲型Ｈ１Ｎ１流感等新发传染病不断出现的态势，贵州将进一步加强艾滋病、肺结核、疟疾等重点传染病防治，法定甲乙类传染病报告发病率控制在３００／１０万以下；加大对涉水产品、消毒产品的管理和饮用水水质监督抽查力度，积极开展公共场所卫生监督量化分级管理，提高传染病防治和学校卫生监督管理水平，严厉打击非法行医和违法采供血行为。
