研究数据显示 20%—30%的艾滋病人死于心脏病

昆明市艾滋病临床诊疗中心心内科主任杜映荣说，诊疗中心除了承担普通病人的诊治外，还对出现心衰、心律不齐等症状的艾滋病患者进行会诊。
“我们发现，很多艾滋病人通常会出现心脏肥大、肺淤血等问题。”心内科主任杜映荣说，这些问题的出现，常常会提醒自己思考：难道HIV病毒会引发艾滋病人心脏功能和结构的改变？诊疗中心立即对100多名艾滋病人进行了跟踪观察。结果发现，HIV病毒的确会引起心脏瓣膜关闭不全、狭窄、心脏扩大，从而导致艾滋病人的心脏功能下降。出现心脏问题的艾滋病患者都是因为心律不齐、心悸最终导致心力衰竭而死亡的。杜映荣说，HIV病毒所引起的心脏疾病的死亡率，将成为艾滋病人死亡的一大祸首。
“这个问题的发现非常重要，我们可以提前干预，对已经进入发病期的艾滋病人进行心脏健康的专项检查，及早发现问题、及早治疗。”杜映荣说。研究发现，艾滋病人患有心脏病的年龄已经大大提前，甚至比正常高发年龄提前了20岁。“20-40岁的年轻的艾滋病人心脏病方面的问题就非常突出。他们还年轻，如果及早发现问题、及早治疗，就能延长他们的存活年限。”杜映荣说。

诊疗中心 将发展成有各种科室的“大医院”

拿什么爱你，艾滋病人们？回答一定是：不歧视、理解、平等、正视、关爱。可只有这些还远远不够，每一台在携带着大量HIV病毒的血液中进行的手术，就是对艾滋病患关爱的最好的诠释。昆明市艾滋病临床诊疗中心，从1996年开展第一台艾滋病人的手术之后，手术量不断增加。仅去年一年，为感染者进行的手术突破100台。
2010年8月的一次产检，朱女士被确诊感染了艾滋病毒。一心想生下孩子的朱女士于今年1月11日从楚雄来到昆明市艾滋病临床诊疗中心。她在昆明市艾滋病临床诊疗中心门口哭泣着说：“理解一下一个想做母亲的心。即使我得病了，我也想要个健康的宝宝。”得到认同和公平对待的朱女士痛哭流涕。她终于获得认可，终于找到一个能正常看待自己的诊疗环境，终于为肚子里宝宝找到了一个“护佑所”。
昆明市艾滋病临床诊疗中心的产科医生耐心地给她做完检查后，朱女士忍不住又哭了。她说：“她们什么都没问我，你知道吗？我第一次被当个正常的产妇。”
“我们也能理解，很多人都是在别的医院没办法做产检，才跑到我们这里来的。其实产检完全可以在别的医院做。他们就是不愿意。”诊疗中心的一位产科医生说，今后朱女士将在这里完成母婴阻断，生一个健康的宝宝的概率在90%以上。
“她下次来的时候肯定会笑意盈盈。”产科的医生们这样断言。
几个月之后，医护人员将帮助朱女士分娩。过去的几年里，他们都这样走过。病人的一个微笑，是对站在感染危险边缘的产科医生们最高的奖赏。
“随着病人存活年限的不断突破，他们可能会有孩子、他们可能遭遇外伤、他们还可能产生结石等等，如果没有一个医疗机构能为他们解决这些难题，他们的生活质量将大大下降。”昆明市艾滋病临床诊疗中心负责人李震说，从2004年成立艾滋病临床诊疗中心以来，救治艾滋病人的范畴越来越大……诊疗中心再也不是一个床位50张的小中心，而是一个有着各种科室的“大医院”。

李震：2004年昆明市艾滋病临床诊疗中心成立之后，就承担起了昆明全市的艾滋病抗病毒治疗、艾滋病病人住院治疗，以及HIV感染者遇到的如分娩、妇科手术、外科手术等所有艾滋病人健康医疗方面的治疗工作。虽然对艾滋病人的歧视正在慢慢减弱，但歧视仍然是艾滋病防治一线工作的最大障碍。任何人都需要家庭的温暖，特别是备受歧视的艾滋病人。很多艾滋病人被家庭抛弃，有的甚至因为艾滋病丢了工作……不同方式的歧视，让大多数艾滋病人没有一个良好的心态去看待艾滋病。缺少了家庭的温暖，会让艾滋病人对社会产生负面的情绪。“给艾滋病人一个温暖的家”， 给他们的心灵一些抚慰，给他们的生活多些关爱，能帮助他们战胜病魔。。
记者：你们中心的下一步发展是怎么打算的？
