山西有了艾滋病心理医生 每月收入仅800元

一个刚毕业的大学生，却创下个“山西第一”———山西省第一位艾滋病心理医生，这对山西师范大学心理学专业毕业的李军来说，既感荣耀，又深觉责任重大。
在与山西省临汾市传染病医院签合同之前，李军一直在该院“绿色港湾”做志愿者，第一次接触艾滋病患儿之后，他就下决心帮他们找到打开心灵的钥匙。
“绿色港湾”的志愿者
临汾市传染病医院的“绿色港湾”，是山西省治疗艾滋病患者的定点医院之一。从2004年成立至今，“绿色港湾”先后收治艾滋病患者1800余人次，占到山西省已收治患者的90%以上。
今年３月份，传染病医院去山西师范大学招聘两名艾滋病心理医生，李军第一个报了名。因为从2009年开始，李军就是“绿色港湾”的志愿者，经常奔波于学校和病区之间。
第一次走进病区时，李军的心情非常复杂，可当他在病区教室里见到那些活泼可爱的“艾滋病孩子”后，之前所有的顾虑都打消了。
这些孩子和普通孩子完全一样，淘气、贪玩，从他们稚气的小脸上看不到一丝愁容。“但我感觉他们好像外面包着一层坚硬的壳。”第一次接触，李军敏感地感觉到孩子们不同常人的心理，他认为这种情况主要源于孩子们的自卑以及对社会、对现实的畏惧和陌生。
回到学校，孩子们无邪的笑容一直浮现在李军脑海里，于是他下定决心，一定要帮助这些更需要关爱和呵护的孩子。
自己的路自己选择
李军是山西运城人，父亲是建筑工人，母亲是小学教师，家境算是不错。当他毕业时说自己要在“绿色港湾”工作后，遭到了父母的坚决反对：“天天和艾滋病人接触，太危险了！”父母的担心李军不是不理解，于是他反复地与两位老人家沟通，最终，父母肯定了儿子的选择，因为在父母眼里，他是个很有主见、很自立的孩子。
“事实上，支持我的人还有很多，包括父母、朋友，还有老师。”李军说，当老师得知他的选择时，告诉他要不断学习，如果遇到解决不了的问题，随时可以去找老师。正是老师这番话，给李军很大的鼓励和勇气。
现在李军每个月的收入是800元，600元工资加200元传染补助，当初和他一起到医院做心理医生的伙伴，没坚持多久就离开了。谈起以后的打算，李军说现在主要精力在学习新知识上，艾滋病人心理对他来说是一个新的领域和挑战，至于以后的生活、前途，他说，相信一切都会慢慢好起来的。
