钦州将实施10个防艾项目 严控感染者年增长率

北部湾新闻网7月20日电 据钦州日报报道，钦州市今年全面实施10个防治艾滋病项目，努力在提高防治保障能力、提高宣传教育广泛性及有效性、完善救治服务体系、健全关怀救助措施等方面实现新突破，确保年内该市新报告感染者年增长率控制在15%以内。
据报道，实施的项目包括预防艾滋病宣传教育、公共场所预防艾滋病、治理性与毒品传播艾滋病、艾滋病健康干预与传染源管理、艾滋病监测检测能力建设等10项专项工程。
根据方案，到今年年底，100%的受艾滋病影响儿童，80%以上的生活困难艾滋病病毒感染者、病人及其家庭得到社会的关爱和救助；羁押人员防治艾滋病知识知晓率达95%以上，监管民警和医务人员防治艾滋病知识知晓率达100%，新入监所人员艾滋病检测率达100%；高危行为人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率达95%以上；乡镇以上及部门党员干部培训率达100%；预防艾滋病母婴传播阻断工作覆盖县（区）达100%，全市承担预防艾滋病母婴传播阻断工作人员业务培训率达100%；全市新增2个固定无偿献血屋，实现临床用血100%来自自愿无偿献血。（周化虹）
