　　艾滋病预防控制专家潘晓红对记者说，近年调查显示，艾滋病感染增长最快的两个人群，除了男同性恋人群外，还有一个，就是60岁以上的老年人。这两个人群也是今年防艾的重点。去年，我省公布感染HIV病毒人数是51119例，确诊艾滋病患者为1261例。潘晓红强调说，现在全省艾滋病防控形势确实十分严峻，我省每天都有一个新的艾滋病病毒感染者出现。在我省，通过性接触传播的艾滋病感染达到70%。专家介绍，在人群中，同性恋比例约3~5%，如果不采取有效措施控制，以后这个群体带来的艾滋病感染率可能达到总感染率的50~60%。

　　另外一个值得关注的现象，是60岁以上艾滋病感染者也在上升。专家说，目前尚没有明确的感染原因，但建议市民关心家里的老人。

杭州市疾控中心公布1532例男男同性恋者调查结果 三年内艾滋病感染率上升6.5个百分点

    日前，《杭州市男男性接触者艾滋病性危险性行为及感染状况调查》课题通过省级专家组验收。调查显示，杭州市男男性接触者（即MSM）艾滋病和性病感染情况一年比一年严重，其中，艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染率从2006年的1.8%上升到2008年的8.3%，大幅上升6个多百分点，梅毒感染率从2006年的11.9%上升到2008年的16.4%。

这项课题由杭州市疾控中心副主任陈树昶负责。课题组历时三年，对1532例MSM进行了大样本调查，有不少新发现。

MSM平均年龄28.3±7.4岁

杭州市MSM人群年龄比较小，平均年龄只有28.3±7.4岁，其中76.3%未婚。从性取向来看，双性恋占了较大的比例，占38.4
%。

专家说，在我国，同性恋不为大部分人理解与认同，同性之间的性行为也不被主流社会所认同，多数同性恋者都进入传统的婚姻，但他们进入传统婚姻的同时又保持了自己的同性性行为，这使得MSM成为男性之间和男女之间艾滋病病毒感染的桥梁人物，使艾滋病病毒在女性、MSM及其他人群中扩散开来，极大地增加了艾滋病传播的危险性。

浴室、网络来源的感染率更高

杭州市MSM人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)和梅毒病毒感染率三年来大幅上升。本次调研对不同来源的MSM感染率进行比较，和来自疾控中心艾滋病自愿检测咨询部门的MSM相比，浴室、网络来源的MSM人群艾滋病病毒感染率更高，分别达到14.0%和7.1%。

专家说，有资料表明，在浴池活动的MSM寻找性伴的目的性很强，甚至经常发生群交行为，并且这类MSM文化程度低，小学及以下占了40%以上，安全套使用情况也不容乐观。因特网使MSM拥有更多的性伴，有更多的无保护性行为。有84.0%的HIV阳性的MSM与通过因特网寻找的性伴发生性行为时没有使用安全套。在最近的6个月中，通过网络寻找性伴的人平均拥有8.38个性伴，而不通过这种方式的人平均只拥有3.13个。因此，这些人群应成为防控重点。

使用安全套比例仍很低

调查发现，89.7%的MSM在最近6个月与男性发生过插入性性行为(包括肛交和口交)，但每次都坚持使用安全套的比例仍很低，尤其是肛交仅占39.5%。而97%的调查对象已意识到不使用安全套可能会感染艾滋病。

专家说，这说明MSM人群对正确使用安全套降低艾滋病的作用上，知识与行为存在不一致、脱节现象。这里有深层次的问题，有人是故意不用安全套，有人是因为享受，有人是不在乎自己的健康。
