艾滋青年的就业抗争

仅仅从道义的角度提倡不要歧视艾滋病病毒携带者，还远远不够。法律应“涉及到关系其生存权的就业权的保障问题”

10月13日上午，安徽省安庆市迎江区法院4号庭。艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者吴伟状告安庆市教育局拒绝将其录用为教师一案在此开审。
吴伟没有现身法庭。他在距离安庆100公里之外的家乡，一个偏僻的县城，通过和律师短信联系，关注这场诉讼。
同类案子之前在中国尚未出现，吴伟的诉讼因此被称为“艾滋病就业歧视第一案”。
“天都塌下来了”
安庆人崇文尚读，此案引发了当地人的关注：艾滋病病毒携带者，是否适合当老师？安庆市教育局办公室主任方敏说，安庆的基础教育质量在安徽省一直领先，对为人师者的要求很高。“假如艾滋病人做老师，谁也不放心把自己的孩子送去这样的学校。”
