【赛迪网讯】6月30日消息，据国外媒体报道，谷歌近期针对非洲推出三个新的短信服务：搜索、贸易和提示。谷歌的短信服务在北美和其他地方已经非常普及，但是还需要针对非洲的需求做一些调整。

搜索功能在这里就不进行详述了，主要介绍一下贸易和提示功能。人们可以应用谷歌的贸易功能来通过短信购买或者销售相关物品；而应用提示功能，是指发送短信6001就能够得到相关信息，比如最近的诊所位置、性病的防治、以及相关农作物的种植资讯和害虫处理办法。
这些服务主要是针对非洲那些互联网接入还相当有限的发展中国家。
