社会各界积极参与艾滋病反歧视主题大赛

为进一步贯彻落实国务院《艾滋病防治条例》，全面推动“四免一关怀”政策，关爱艾滋病病毒感染者和患者，降低流行和减少歧视，中国疾病预防控制中心等今年6月在全国开展了“以爱之名——2009年中国艾滋病反歧视主题创意大赛”。活动开展以来得到各界响应和积极参与，已收到作品33742件，其中文字类作品10928件，平面类作品21292件，多媒体类作品1522件。

目前，我国艾滋病疫情仍呈上升趋势，对艾滋病的歧视已经成为我国防治艾滋病的巨大障碍。艾滋病反歧视创意作品的征集和向全社会的推出，将有助于提高大众对艾滋病防治的认识深度，倡导艾滋病防治的健康行为，营造平等和谐的艾滋病防治环境。
