烟台累计艾滋感染者200余例 超9成来自性传播

近日，国家卫生部发布的疫情报告称，去年全国报告艾滋病发病15982例，死亡7743例，在法定报告传染病中死亡人数名列第一，并连续三年居传染病死亡病例榜首。昨日，记者走进市疾病防控中心艾滋病咨询室，中心艾滋病防制科科长杨珊告诉记者，目前，我市已累计治疗艾滋病病人40余例，其中95%以上病情都得到有效控制，重返工作岗位。
据调查，目前烟台累计发现的艾滋感染者有200余例，但在烟台，艾滋病死亡
病例在传染病死亡中并未排在第一位。
烟台艾滋病主要有三种传播途径
杨珊告诉记者，1986年，我国发现第一例艾滋病病例，烟台发现第一例艾滋病病例是在1992年，患者曾在非洲打工，归国后发现感染上了艾滋病。
“艾滋病毒的传播途径主要有三种，分别是：性接触传播、血液传播和母婴传播。目前在烟台发现的艾滋病病人也主要分为三种，一种是河南、云南等地到港城的打工者，来港城之前就已感染上了艾滋病病毒，其中河南的外来务工者大多是献血或输血时被感染的，云南等地的艾滋病感染者主要原因是静脉吸毒；第二种情况是烟台人出国打工或是到外地务工时感染上艾滋病病毒；第三种情况则是在烟台本地被感染，其中90％以上是通过性传播途径被感染的。”杨珊说。
虽说性传播已成为目前港城艾滋病传播的主要途径，但市民若是在生活上有不当行为，也不必过于恐慌。杨珊称，并不是发生性行为后，就一定会感染艾滋病。据统计，发生性行为时，艾滋病病毒由男性患者传染给女性的概率为千分之一，女性患者传染给男性的概率为两千分之一。
艾滋病基本不影响寿命，但要早治疗
杨珊说，市疾病防控中心艾滋病资讯室建于2000年，2004年根据国家相关政策，对艾滋病的咨询、检测实行免费。刚开始时，一年来咨询检测的人数有50多个，现在每年已达800多人次。
杨珊告诉记者，即使确诊为艾滋病，对于患者的寿命也不会造成太大的影响。艾滋病发病的潜伏期为8至10年，发病后若是积极治疗，患者可以生活20至30年的时间。随着医学的发展，20年、30年后，人类很可能已经攻克了艾滋病。
当记者问起治疗艾滋病的费用时，杨珊说，根据国家相关政策，艾滋病的治疗是免费的，患者可以免费领取药物，市疾病防控中心工作人员还会对患者进行随访，进行心理辅导，时刻关注艾滋病人的病情。
“人体一般的免疫细胞数量在1000左右，当细胞低于300时，容易表现出各种症状。若免疫细胞在300左右时发现，可通过药物提高患者的免疫细胞数量，艾滋病患者可以和正常人一样生活。”杨珊告诉记者，治疗过晚是患者最大的风险，艾滋病患者到了晚期，免疫系统被完全破坏，就失去了抵抗能力。因此，对于艾滋病患者，应该早发现、早治疗。
压垮艾滋的最后一根稻草是心理恐惧
在艾滋病资讯室的门牌上，记者并没有看到艾滋病3个字，而是画着一条红丝带。杨珊告诉记者，这主要是考虑到前来进行咨询或检测的人的隐私。根据艾滋病自愿咨询检测的条例，咨询的全过程和资料的保存都会保护求询者的隐私。检测时，先在咨询室进行采血，血样再送到8楼的检测室，这也是考虑到检测者的隐私，担心在这一过程中被熟人看到。
“当艾滋病患者在得知自己感染了艾滋病后，首先想到的不是自己活不长了，而是失去自己的社会关系，不仅会丢了工作，连亲朋好友也会嫌弃自己。”杨珊说，“其实，许多艾滋病患者都有其难言之隐。比如，有名河南的打工者，在临产时，因输血感染上了艾滋病，后经母婴传播传染给了孩子，在不知情的情况下，又通过性传播传染给了丈夫。”
杨珊最后说，当病人被确诊感染艾滋病后，最需要的就是亲人的鼓励，只要有他们的支持，病才会更顺利更好地治疗。
杨珊最后提醒，性传播已成为目前港城艾滋病传播的主要途径，但只要在性活动中全程正确使用安全套是完全可以降低感染艾滋病的危险性的；另外，只要洁身自好，遵守性道德观念，艾滋病是完全可以预防控制的，不必过于恐慌。
