国家中医药局：中医药应对突发公共卫生事件能力明显增强

新华网北京２月７日电（记者王茜）国家中医药管理局日前表示，中医药应对突发公共卫生事件和重大疾病防治的水平与能力明显增强。
“十一五”期间，我国在有特色优势的中医医院、中西医结合医院和传染病医院建设了一批中医、中西医结合治疗传染病临床基地。建立了４１个中医药防治传染病重点研究室，中医药防治传染病临床科研体系初步形成。在进一步提高中医药防治常见病、多发病能力的基础上，重点加强重大慢病、疑难病种、中医药防治优势病种和重点传染病的中医药防治工作，研究提出了一批重大疑难疾病的综合治疗方案及常见病临床实践指南，进一步提升了中医药临床疗效。
对“十五”期间确定的重点专科（专病）建设项目继续强化建设，截至２００９年，共建设省级重点专科（病）１４７１个。推广、提升、改造、开发了一批中医诊疗设备。中医药治疗艾滋病等传染性疾病取得较好效果，中医药在汶川特大地震、北京奥运会、上海世博会等重大事件和手足口病、防治甲型Ｈ１Ｎ１流感及疫情中，发挥了独特作用，成效显著。
