胡敏华发微博鼓励患者勇敢面对生活，已有2万名网友关注她的微博
“早上见了你，看见你骨瘦如柴、毫无力气地躺在病床上，我心如刀绞……你知道吗，看见你被救护车送来的那一刹那我有多心疼啊！……”一封《致秋梅》，曾温暖了多少艾滋病患者，感动了多少中国人的心，写这封信的胡敏华也被网友们称为“最美护士长”。
本月，胡敏华护士长开通“与艾滋病为邻”的微博整整一年，她的工作和生活也因此充满了特殊的意义。在第24个世界艾滋病日前夕，胡敏华接受了本报记者的专访，分享了一年来与艾滋病患者为邻的温情故事，也说出了自己对“秋梅”们的惋惜和忠告。

利用下班时间和网友交流
昨日下午2时30分许，记者走进南昌市第九医院感染二科的病房，见到了胡敏华护士长，此刻正是感染二科下午最忙碌的时间，胡敏华身着淡蓝色的护士服，穿梭于一间间病房，仔细询问每一位患者的需要，用微笑鼓励着患者和家属。直到一个小时后，胡敏华才抽出时间，接受了记者的专访。
谈起入选中国网事2010年感动网络十大人物的事，胡敏华显得十分谦虚，她表示自己只是用了一种新颖的方式和患者们“谈心”。说到开通微博一年来的生活，胡敏华表示自己接触了更多类型的艾滋病患者，并在和他们的交流中对患者的内心有了更深的体会，“我能够用他们自己的语言和他们对话，这是我最大的收获。”
胡敏华说，从她的故事被媒体披露后，已有2万名网友关注了她的微博，不少艾滋病患者也通过微博私信、评论等方式和她进行交流。“从他们的问题中可以看出来，有些人对艾滋病几乎没有了解，或者存在很多误解，我只能尽可能地向他们解释。”
胡敏华向记者透露，由于自己的儿子正在读高二，为了不影响孩子的学习，她没有在家中安装宽带，而是下班后用医院的电脑与网友们进行交流。“一般是下夜班后，我会打开微博，回复网友们的每一条评论。”胡敏华利用凌晨病房患者们休息的时间，和网友们交流，每次至少都要两个小时。目前，胡敏华的微博大约每两天更新一次，她表示自己学会手机上网后，会更频繁地和网友们互动。
北京患者打电话找到医院倾诉
自从胡敏华的事迹被本报等媒体报道后，许多来自全国各地甚至旅居海外的艾滋病患者通过微博、QQ和电话等方式，向胡敏华表示了敬意和感谢，也向她诉说了自己的故事。胡敏华告诉记者，一位北京的患者傅康给她留下了很深的印象。
“当时一个男性患者打电话到我们科室，点名要和我说话。”胡敏华说，今年4月，一个自称是其同学的北京人通过114查号台找到了南昌市第九医院，并希望和胡敏华说几句话。胡敏华接听电话时，对方一直要求确认她的身份，在得到确认后却沉默了很久，“他后来哭了，哭得很痛苦，还一直叫我大姐。”胡敏华根据经验，并没有询问对方的隐私，而是不断地鼓励和安慰他，“后来他经常给我打电话，问我自己该怎么办。”
原来，电话里的男性名叫傅康，今年30多岁，是北京某知名艺术院校的讲师，年轻有为的他在事业上取得了不小的成就，但由于一直没有过上人们眼中正常的家庭生活，他开始“厮混”，并进入了当地的一个男男群体，且染上了艾滋病。这对于傅康来说无疑是个晴天霹雳，美好的未来似乎彻底断送了。傅康开始放弃自己，甚至“人间蒸发”了，直到有一天，他在报纸上看到了胡敏华的故事，于是想办法联系上了她。
通过与胡敏华的交流，傅康对艾滋病有了正确的认识，也开始重新规划自己的生活。胡敏华告诉记者，目前，傅康已回到安徽老家，正积极配合医院的治疗。
秋梅的离去深深触动了她的心
很多人知道胡敏华这个名字是从《致秋梅》这封给艾滋病患者的信开始的，胡敏华将自己护理艾滋病患者秋梅，以及与秋梅交流的点滴故事写成了一封信，希望更多的人对艾滋病有一个正确的认识。不少人很关心秋梅目前健康状况如何，秋梅是否已经过上了正常的康复生活。当记者带着这一问题询问胡敏华护士长时，却得到了她一声长长的叹息。
胡敏华告诉记者，虽然医院竭尽全力救治秋梅，但仍未能挽留住她年轻的生命，34岁的秋梅在2010年的圣诞节前永远离开了这个美好的世界。“如果查出患病时就开始服药，她的身体状况就不会那么糟，也不会这么快离开这个世界。”胡敏华说，2008年秋梅被查出感染艾滋病，但住院了两个月后，秋梅却神秘失踪了。胡敏华第二次看到秋梅时，已经 是2010年11月，邻居将奄奄一息的秋梅送往第九医院救治，此时的秋梅几乎是皮包骨头，眼中看不到一丝生活的光芒。正是由于被秋梅的经历深深触动，胡敏华才决定用微博与艾滋病患者交流，并将给秋梅的信发表在网上。
胡敏华说，2008年，来医院分娩的海棠也被查出了艾滋病，胡敏华决定将她和秋梅结成帮扶对子，共同与病魔作斗争。三年后，海棠依然勇敢地生活，每天享受着接送儿子上幼儿园的幸福时光，而秋梅却因为逃避失去了生的希望。胡敏华希望秋梅的遗憾，不要再在艾滋病患者身上重演，只有乐观生活、坚持治疗，才会给自己、家人和社会增添幸福的光芒。

患者只要治疗就能正常生活
记者：目前，南昌的艾滋病患者在不断增多吗？
胡敏华：是一年比一年多。我们医院是省艾滋病治疗中心，中心开设以来，已累计收治了250多个病例，需要住院的人数占到了其中的6%左右。
记者：根据您的经验，这几年艾滋病患病群体呈现出怎样的趋势呢？
胡敏华：年龄群体往两头发展，年轻人在增多（除了遗传，最小的有20多岁），老年人也在增多（六、七十岁的患者也很常见）。这主要是通过血液传播和性传播造成的，吸毒、男男性行为及不当的性滥交造成的。
