艾滋病监测防治工作开封模式广受好评：尽早发现每一位感染者及时治疗

河南文化产业网11月18日消息：一般来说，从感染艾滋病病毒到发展成为艾滋病的潜伏期，时间长短可从数月至数年，一般为8～10年，最长为19年以上。世界上目前还没有研制出治愈艾滋病的药物和有效预防艾滋病的疫苗。
自从1995年开封市发现首例艾滋病感染者后，开封市迅速建立了防治队伍，开展专业培训，并结合我市实际情况，迅速开展了艾滋病的监测、防治工作。通过努力，迅速摸清了我市艾滋病流行状况，并采取了一系列行之有效的防治措施，收效良好，曾被全国疾控同行总结为“开封模式”，广受好评。
为掌握疫情，最大限度发现感染者，我市努力扩大监测检测覆盖面。市卫生局要求各级各类医疗卫生机构主动开展艾滋病病毒检测咨询，在全市建立了自愿咨询检测（VCT）点26家，建立HIV监测初筛实验室37家。我市还定期对相关人员开展专业培训，形成了较为完善的艾滋病监测覆盖网络。
我市艾防工作人员还在全市推广使用快速、简便的病毒感染检测方法，提高检测普及率，不断扩大监测人群，对各类高危人群，以及孕产妇、医院术前和介入性治疗人群、公共场所从业人员、羁押人员开展监测。
我市还将艾滋病病毒抗体检测作为常规健康检查内容，以便及时了解我市艾滋病流行态势，建立有效的预防措施。
尽早发现感染者，及时发现感染者，让每一个感染者都能得到及时发现和治疗，是每一位艾防工作者的职责。随着我市检测面与检测人群的扩大，目前绝大多数感染者能够被早期发现并得到有针对性的指导和治疗，艾滋病感染者的生活质量得到明显提高，病死率明显下降。这同时也减少了感染者配偶或性伴侣的感染机会，减缓了艾滋病向健康人群的传播速度。
