吉林推进中医药防治艾滋病工作

日前，吉林省中医药管理局举办了2010年中医药防治艾滋病培训班，全省69家县以上中医医疗机构和部分传染病防治专科医院一线医务人员共92人参加，旨在提升全省中医药防治艾滋病水平，推进吉林省中医药防治艾滋病试点项目。
吉林省中医药防治艾滋病专家组向这些中医医疗机构的医护人员讲解了目前艾滋病流行形势、职业暴露与防护、临床表现与诊断、中医辨证等内容，使他们了解掌握防治艾滋病的有关知识。
据悉，吉林省是国家中医药管理局确定的中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目省之一，从2006年开始，在吉林市、长春市开展中医药治疗艾滋病试点工作，为艾滋病感染者提供中医药免费关怀治疗。吉林省成立中医药防治艾滋病试点项目工作领导小组和专家组，建立了由省级-市级-区级-定点医院-村医构成的五级管理网络。专家组深入基层开展巡诊指导，参与疑难病例会诊，培训基层医务人员，有效提升了试点单位中医药防治艾滋病能力。中医药管理部门还建立区、乡、村三级督导网络，由定点医院统一煎药封装,定期送给患者,每周随访一次，了解患者服药及临床症状改善情况。
如今，吉林省中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目进展顺利，在临床、技术、管理等方面都取得了明显成效，患者从最初的30人到目前的52人，疗效确切，服药依从性良好。（通讯员赵鸿飞）

It is reported that Jilin Province is determined by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS, one of the pilot project provinces, starting in 2006, in Jilin, Changchun City to carry out pilot work in the medical treatment of AIDS, for AIDS to provide free medical care in treatment. Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jilin Province AIDS was established pilot project leading group and the group of experts established by the provincial level - city - district - designated hospitals - consisting of five management of village doctors network. Expert guidance of the grass roots to carry out rounds, participation in difficult cases consultation, training grassroots medical staff, the pilot units effectively improve the ability of Chinese medicine against AIDS. Chinese Medicine departments have also set district, township and village levels to supervise the network, unified by a designated hospital medicine or package, regularly give patients, followed up once a week to see patients with medication and clinical symptoms.
Today, Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS in Jilin Province, the pilot project goes well, in the clinical, technical, and management have achieved remarkable results, from the initial 30 patients to the current 52, effective, drug compliance is good. (Correspondent Zhao Hongfei)
