领导要敢于担当，这不仅对自己好，对社会也好。不敢担当的领导其实是既害自己也害别人。领导不敢担当，就容易把本该属于自己的权力让渡给别人使用。这会导致：一是权力有可能会被别人滥用，因为使用权力的人与权力的关联度小；二是出了问题之后，追究责任，最终还是领导的，在责任追究上，领导是不可能推脱掉的。所以，领导不敢担当，其实是，既害自己，也害别人。现实中，一些领导为什么不敢担当或缺乏担当意识，其实也是一种自私软弱且机会主义心理比较浓厚的一种表现。有这种意识，有好结果就很难。好，谢谢，谢谢。
