个人认为，不能一概认为公有制无效率，或一概认为私有制有效率。现实中，不管是发达国家，还是发展中国家，公有制和私有制都是存在的。

到底是公有制有效率，还是私有制有效率，要具体问题具体分析，不能一概而论。

有些领域，是公有制效率大于私有制效率；有些领域，是私有制效率大于公有制效率；有些领域，公有制与私有制效率差不多。总之，要立足具体的问题来谈所有制效率问题。离开具体的实践问题，谈所有制效率，是无意义的。
