4月27日，台湾手机制造商HTC就专利侵权一案与微软达成和解协议：“HTC is paying Microsoft $5 for every Android smartphone”。

          值得我们注意的是，谷歌免费赠送Android，而微软却控告那些Android手机生产厂商，要他们赔钱（Google gives away Android at no charge, and Microsoft is pursuing lawsuits against manufacturers that install the software on devices they sell.）

          此事给我们的教训是，别整天替谷歌Android叫好了，这等于帮了微软的忙。谷歌的吹鼓手们，醒醒吧！
