艾滋病的检测覆盖面还要再扩大。近日，省卫生厅印发了《2011年艾滋病及母婴阻断、梅毒等性病防治工作要点》，明确了在常规预防基础上要进行整合预防。

    根据规定，全省各级各类医疗卫生保健机构，要结合孕产期保健和助产服务，主动为所有孕产妇提供艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝检测与咨询，尽早明确感染状况，及时为感染孕产妇提供规范、有效的干预措施，确保妊娠及临产孕产妇及时获得相关检测、咨询和干预服务。

    在预防的基础上，全省各级各类医疗卫生保健机构还要为艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝感染孕产妇及所生儿童提供干预措施，为艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝感染产妇提供适宜的安全助产服务。(陈书林、夏丽霞)
