澳门卫生部门称暂未收到“阴性艾滋病”病例报告

中新网4月6日电 据澳门特区政府网站消息，就有传媒查询有关“阴性艾滋病”的消息，澳门卫生局表示，正和内地有关部门联系了解具情况，目前澳门暂时没有收到类似的病例报告，并建议任何人士如患上类似疾病，应尽快到医院治疗，医生发现不寻常的疾病时亦应向卫生当局报告。
澳门卫生局指出，不安全的性行为可以传播多种传染病包括艾滋病、乙型肝炎、梅毒等等。但恒常和正确使用乳胶安全套，可以有效地降低通过性行为传播疾病的风险。而艾滋病病毒感染初期，可能会出现发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大、乏力、出汗等症状，这时期受感染者可能检测不到艾滋病病毒抗体。
卫生局强调，一般性传播和血源性传染病如艾滋病是不会通过日常生活接触包括共餐或社交性接吻而传播，故此巿民毋须恐慌。但为预防这些传染病，巿民应采取以下措施:
1. 避免和可能感染有性传播疾病(包括艾滋病)的人士发生性行为；如不可避免，应每次正确使用安全套;
2. 避免在血液安全和消毒程序不佳地方或场所接受输血、手术或其它侵袭性治疗或身体护理，包括针灸、纹身、纹眉和修甲等;
3. 避免和他人共享针具或可导致创伤的器具如指甲钳等。
